Sir thank you for the video i wanted to ask you in which waypoints you know that utc changes and how you adjust the time ? is it necessary to do that?
Hi there. Thank you for your comment Mate. Glad you liked the video. From my experience.I believe that this step is very important because it's help you to get the ETA on the ECDIS more accurately. So to change & adjust the UTC in the each waypoint, You can use the formula Longitude/15° which will give you the time zone for that location.

Em chào anh. Anh cho em hỏi là trong trường hợp xuất hiện 1 số enc ghi là not up to date (mà theo như anh nói là small angle) nên k cần thiết. Vậy nếu PSC hỏi thì mình giải thích thêa nào cho đúng hả anh?. Em xin cảm ơn ạ.
Hi bạn. Khi PSC hỏi bạn chỉ cần giải thích là trên tuyến từ cảng này đến cảng kia có rất nhiều ENC không nằm trên route or cắt 1 góc rất nhỏ nên nó thực sự không cần thiết, vì vậy t không order. Nhưng bạn phải chắc là tàu vẫn có đủ hải đồ chi tiết để chạy qua vùng đấy.(Cái này PSC có thể hỏi thêm là tàu bạn có đủ hải đồ để chạy qua vùng này không?)

Hi there. Thank you for your comment mate. FYI, According to SOLAS II_1 The main steering gear is capable of moving the rudder from 35° on one side to 30° on the other side in not more than 28secs.

Hi bạn. Mình đã thử làm như cách của bạn. Nhưng hiện tại mình tra thông tin đài ShangHai và Guangzhou trên ADP thì không có dịch vụ Telex nữa. Mà thay vào đó là Broadcast. Như vậy có nghĩa là mình sẽ không thực hiện test NBDP với 2 đài này được nuqax đúng không bạn?
Hi bạn. Bắt đầu từ 01/2024 dịch vụ Telex trên NBDP sẽ không còn được sử dụng nữa bạn nhé.
