I'm not willing to quit for 6 months again, but I do miss that team connection. I am hoping to find some Scentsy friends at World Tour. I am hitting 6 years this month. I am like you Michelle, I thought I needed to do all the things and totally burnout here to. I really do just that personal connection. My customers are mostly local and give them extra goodies when they pick up their orders. I had to pivot when I started caretaking for my parents. I can’t do deliveries like I did when I started. I do personal shopping links more than anything. I so needed this as I have been and still get burnout trying to think I have to do all the things. Much love to you and thank you!! 🫶🏻

I absolutely love the raw honesty in your podcasts! I so want to do all the things... I tried the mailings every month but it didn't help my sales any... I'm stuck on an average of 1500 PRV a month (which is amazing) but my customers just enjoy me keeping in touch and making personal connections. They don't need the glitter or mail outs or stickers etc... 95% of my customers are local so I do extra samples in their deliveries and that means so much more to them. I'm really trying to not focus on what others are doing... Just keep my "blinders" on and just doing my own thing. I'm only 2 years in and have been so fortunate to do as well as I have. You guys hit every nail on the head tonight 💚💚

Scentsy being your happy place.... THIS 👏. I work a full time job and 2 part time jobs then I have Scentsy as well. When I'm in my mush brain or just absolutely drained from the full time job Scentsy trainings are my go to!!!! I'm so glad I'm not alone!

I'll be at 505 PRV by Friday. I'm really trying to get myself out there and am trying for my big goal of 2500 PRV this month 🤞Absolutely love the 5 minute rule!! I'm really working on focusing on actual activities that generate sales... not just "organizing" or "cleaning".

It’s ok I was able to catch it. I totally understand the loneliness. I am the primary caretaker for my mom and dad. The last 5 years but the last year and a half they are both declining and I’m never able to leave the house. 😢 The isolation is so awful!

Do you get a lot of bulb glare from the deep roots warmer?
@stacyaguilar8228 Depending on the location. I set it up in my living room to see how it would look and yes, if you can see the bulb, it will be brighter. When I moved it to my office, the location doesn't shine in my eye bc it's not at eye level. Try moving it or rotating slightly and see if that helps.
I absolutely love these "afterhours". I think a lot of people are feeling the "slump" or the "I just can't" questioning everything lately.... Seeing that we aren't alone and that everyone is having similar thoughts and feelings really helps. Thanks for being so honest and open 💚

@ScentTheGoodLifeWithAngie Thank you! ❤️ I'm still learning it myself. Think of your business page as a Facebook party. Make posts daily. And pin all the shopping links to the top. Your Host needs to send out your business page link to their guests. They can follow along. You can post as often as you want. The max notification is 5 a day. I start school today, but I'll try to explain better today sometime.

How do you keep your teamies motivated? I mean I know only the specific person can modify themselves... but after you've done the onboarding questions etc... you're coaching based on their answers and they just exist.... (maybe this is a totally different podcast lol)
@@jana.mallory you can't motivate unmotivated people. You can't make anyone want to work your business. All you can do is let them know you can help.
