We journeyed into the bamboo dense foothills of Volcanoes National Park, Rwanda in search of Golden Monkeys. All of a sudden, we were surrounded.

The second stop of our 2022 African safari took place in Volcanoes National Park, Rwanda. The main objective: trekking with the endangered mountain gorillas. Was at the park with my brother Sept, amazing how much the experience touched me. People, myself included do not realize how powerful, amazing it is to be among the Gorillas, only a few feet away. If anyone is thinking about the trip, go just go. People were wonderful, as a kid I watched Tarzan every Saturday morning, dreamt of the jungle, well I was in Tarzans Forest, so to speak, they filmed the show in Costa Rica I think.
