As soon as I found out that I could not specialise, I and many other nurses , emigrated overseas. But home is always best.

Dr Nurse always patient when elaborating about academics enkosi.I really hope most nurses in higher positions can be willing to mentor or share information when juniors are inquisitive because at times we lack knowledge and some individuals gatekeep.
