Accidentally Found East Fork Canyon

In this video: A friend and I come across East Fork hiking trail when we intentionally were looking for a different trail. We tried going all the way towards the waterfall, the source of the water, which was an endless hike! The hike is in the San Gabriel Mountains and the crystal clear water is the San Gabriel River.

@user-lg6pw9dt9n take it easy! 1. Warm up 2. Try bent-leg raises to build up the strength. Keep your arms straight. When you're able to do 20 of these nonstop, move to step 3 3. Now do straight-leg raises. Go fast yet neatly (Plyometrics) because slow leg raises (isometrics) are the final step and are more challenging. Best of luck. Keep me updated 🙏👌

@@ShizhanLiu a variety of companies attend the conference. You'd just have to look at their positions because they have a variety of openings such being software, hardware, structural, systems, etc. I know software is trending at the moment so no doubt there should be openings. Hope this helps.
