Sorry for the late reply. The flamingo featured was pulled from a Collectable Minifigure Series 19 Blind Bag. However, one may also be obtained on the aftermarket if Random Minifigures aren’t your thing. Hope This helps!

Great video! What pieces do you use to make the PA/megaphone on the police station?
Thank you for the complement! The white PA/megaphone on the side of police station is actually a single molded part. This part is known as part #3963 on bricklink if you want to know more. Alternatively, the smaller red speaker on the front of the building came with the the original base 4+ set.
