I was invited by one of our German G1MRA members to come and run trains on his garden railway. We had a fun and relaxing afternoon watching the trains go by!

The Dutch G1MRA group was invited in Spijkenisse. The day started very windy and we even had some rain. But it got better later on and we had a great day running trains.

Our Maxitrak 5 inch Planet had it's first run. We were invited to the track of Modelbouw Vereniging Twente where also (amongst others) a Maxitrak 5 inch Alice Quarry Hunslet was running. I also took the Turbot Wagon, although this is only suited for ground running, just to see how it would run. The Nienoord Gauge 1 group came together for there monthly runningday. We had great weather and a nice selection of trains.

I organized a G1MRA GTG at Familiepark Nienoord on a beautiful sunny Sunday. I ran my new Southern coaches behind my "Sunday" Schools. We had a lot of different locomotives. Some performed really well, some not so much. But we had a great time and very nice weather.

We visited the UK and the Gauge 1 North show in Bakewell. If you are interested in Gauge 1 then don't miss this show next year! I was very happy that I could do two runs with my Schools on the Ridings layout. More information: www.gauge1north.org.uk/

On 6 and 7 July we enjoyed ourselves at the Steam weekend at N.V.M. Stoomgroep Zuid in Breda, The Netherlands. We had a lot of wind and some (heavy) rain, but it was a great weekend!

On 16-6 we ran on an indoor layout at the Stoommachine Museum in Medemblik.

Knabbel came to us with a few screws loose. We checked the timing, fastened the loose screws and checked the rest. After that a testrun had to follow! These little engines are so much fun!
