Well my 129’s have Kohler K301A. My 147 has a K321A. But, I know I can find rebuild kits for mine. I’d look on isavetractors.com

that's a cool cub. unfortunately my 1641 i found in a swamp is from the mtd era... not IH. I still love it tho! those vanguard vtwins are like mini harleys when they don't have blown head gaskets! (mine are blown, RIP fuel suction)

I just got 1 but is hard to started mechanics don want to help. Seeing like is pumping alot of gasoline. Eny help will be appreciated
If it fires the first time you try to start it but struggles to fire afterwards it could have bad compression. Does that seem to be your issue?
