This same scam test has been appearing off and on since the 1960's. These snake oil additives are able to decrease friction because they have chlorine in them. Chlorine would be an excellent lubricant if it wasn't for the fact that is extremely corrosive to metal. That is exactly why motor oil manufacturers don't add it to their oils. Research it for yourself.

Hey My 05 King ranch is the same color as yours, just about to do the oil change & add Arch oil. Just noticed your engine hrs is only 5788 hrs for 225k miles seem like you don’t idle truck more than needed. Mine has about 235k miles but with 7665 hrs. Seem like PO might have used remote start feature quite a lot.

Awesome! I have the archoil ar6200 and ar9100 for my 81 rabbit diesel, my 2002 excursion 7.3 and my tractor. I bought a brand new 2023 jeep grand cherokee the other day and I'm wondering if I can put AR9100in my oil right away or do I have to wait until the motor is broke in? Would seem like a friction modifier would affect proper break in?

i will say i noticed a big difference in smoothness and sound of my powerstroke 6.0 when i put this in mine. Though mine didn't work as fast as yours. Mine took a few hours of running. but i will be buying a bottle of AR9100 for every oil change from here on out!

Your aftermarket oil filter and cap is probably the cause of many of your problems. And a delayed death sentence for your engine!

@Archoil Online I wish so bad that Amazon Canada carried Archoil AR6200. On Amazon.Ca you have to go through third party sellers etc. Please get your : AR6400-G Gasoline Fuel System Cleaner & AR6200 through Amazon.CA ....it's such a pain to try and get here in Canada.

Fixed my 7.3! 1997 starts very easy all year. I had an injector that was acting up under full pedal. Fixed her up in 200 miles.

On the test with the Archoil it looks that works on the injection, but if you hear when the turbo vanes changes they makes a sound like a bird. I had that same birdy sound on my truck every morning. After that sound the motor stay on better idle. If you wants to resolve that and keep a nice and clean start up look first on turbo vanes that are getting stuck. I fix mine and is running strong every day, I hope this comment help you and others.

@Archoil Online Assuming you get a fresh tank of gas & put the AR6200 fuel stabilizer in the gas....how long will it stabilize the fuel? 6 months, 1 year, 2 years ?

This product is severely under rated and severely under advertised. Why? 5 years now I have been using it with unbelievable results on anything I use it in. I'm upset at just 1 thing though it's potential impact on reliving stress on the eviroment through less oil consumption and cleaner operation is not addressed. Game changer Archoil proved it to me.

I use Archoil 6100 and 9200. Didn't have issues and don't plan on it.

Take another video but show temperature gauge and outside temperatures...then let the doubters eat crow!

This test was not controlled at all with regard to engine and ambient temps... so, it might work but it seems the engine was way warmer on the second start.

Well that proved nothing! Different angle.. second take cut short... probably warmed up. . Wast of time...

Your brake pads were NOT dragging as much on the second test.

First, My personal opinion is you are one of, if not the best Ford diesel "you tube" advisors out there. Do have an issue with this segment. While you are 100% correct on what will happen if you use ether (starting fluid) to crank a Ford (or GM or Dodge etc) diesel, your 100% wrong on the reason. I have been starting industrial diesels for years with no issues with starting fluid, reason being is they don't have "Automatic" glow plugs or glow screens. The ether doesn't go off prematurely due to the glow plug heat, and by doing so punch a hole in the piston. Automatic glow plug systems have to be deactivated before you can safely use ether on one, and that is usually such a pain in the **s it's not worth it.
