If the deck is working well, it will work anywhere. I think your feeling is due to your hidden statistics and hidden rank overall. To keep your winrate reasonable you will usually face something that beats your most commonly-used decks and if the new deck you try doesn't beat those, you might have a hard time.

It's a highlander deck. I think you should not expect the usual zerg combos in a highlander deck because that will never work, as the probability of you drawing any combo like that will be way too low =)

@@DaddySuplex Zerg combos? There's literally only ONE zerg card. That's.....that's not even enough to call it a combo or deck theme....It's like saying Rainbow DK is a plague deck because it runs Helya.

@@MrShadowCollector I can call it a plague if I put some plague cards like down with the ships and plague-generating potential, like runes of darkness. The thing is that it is a deck in a Zerg meta with a Zerg card. You cannot make this deck using only cards from previous expansions without a zerg in it. It is like there is a Miracle Rogue classic with Leroy bounces, and there was a Miracle Rogue recently that had nothing to do with the concept that was in the classic, so we called it a little different, even though the gameplay is still the same as to miracle rogue. Expansions change the same gameplay concept, so you have to call them a little different for the sake of differentiation so that when you come into the game after 10 years, for example, yesterday, you will see, "oh, miracle rogue, I remember that and how to play it" - no, you don't that is different, and you have to understand that from the start, not to be clickbaited into the unknown and lose every game because you tried to play it in the same manner.

I test everything that is even possible, and exploit any idea that I come up with =) That is how I create decks sometimes that no one thought of, but they work really well on top legend =)

That is actually a sweet idea! But, I like it the way it is anyway, even though it could be much more awesome the way you put it =)

I am trying to make a control deck that works against rainbow zerg. So far, Highlander had zero problems against that, but a tripple blood might need some adjustments, I think. It feels like I made the deck too heavy and I might revisit the list here. The idea of having a lot of board clears against zergs should do the trick, but I think I need some more time on finding the way how to make it work better in an early game. I think I need some silence, tech cards to destroy locations, and so on.

@@TheOneYouCantBEAR I've seen like one Protoss Priest so far when I faced Zetalot, and that is it lol But yeah, a lot of decks right now can highroll and leave you wondering what kind of control decks are still playable that are not using Starcraft-themed cards.

​@@DaddySuplexI don't really know Standard meta cos I'm a Wild player goofing off in Standard when I get Legend. It's hard for me to tell what exactly is good and bad against something, because I'm in Gold right now, playing against copy pasted decks with many missplays. That guy asked if it beats zerg DK, so I threw in the only deck I play that so happens to have 0 problems against it

That was actually my first thought, but I decided to try the deck without it as I thought 8 mana without developing the board too much is a little too much in a combo aggro like this. Let's say I do that on turn 4, they will trade the full board that turn, and I will need to redevelop after. I thought that I would test that later as I wanted to see if this deck could win with zergs and eggs by itself. It was the first deck I tried in the new meta, and I didn't even know how strong zergs could be and if they could win solo =) It appears that they certainly can do that on their own)

@DaddySuplex I play zerg DK (with zerg locstions) + reska+Primus but still testing different "supporting" cards. Orbital moon (the blood one) seems worth to try as for 1 mana it gives lifesteal+taunt to a minion and if played neighbouring card it gives also rebirth to a minion. (can be placed on infestor) Im also thinking of Eliza to add

@@Agrabelek_Michal_K I actually see a lot of potential now in the orbital moon as now there are good cards to give reborn to. Before, it was more like a tech card, and now it can be game-winning. So far, I am testing the waters on all the possible DK decks, and the best performing for me now were FFF and UUU =) Highlander was doing well, too =) All the videos about those will appear shortly on a channel =)

I like my thumbnails, mate =) I've seen a lot of different ones and tried to create ones myself, not following trends =) Btw, nice Steven avatar from Isaac =) Love that game, got all the achievements in both Repentence and original ones =) My first videos before I started playing Hearthstone were about Isaac gameplay)

I disagree, at a glance i see core cards used, triple unholy runes so I know so much about what kind of content this video will be. To me this so much better than some misleading clickbait or a picture of someone making a stupid facial expression 😂 u know the ones I mean.

@ Thanks, mate! When I started, I tested a lot of things, and I kind of disliked the idea of clickbaiting like others do. That was just not me, and I hated every bit of it. It turned out I gathered a great community out there, and that was my goal overall, not to go for random people who search for "crazy" decks that won't work, but people who understand what is going on and see that the video portrays something that is real =)

How does paying help you win anywhere other than battlegrounds? All you have is a skin and maybe a little more dust that others can get for free too, but just need some extra time for it.

That is the cheapest deck you can find with the positive winrate globally. I even made it a little cheaper, and if that is not f2p enough - idk what is. Not going to show you 5% WR deck just for it have zero legendaries in it idk.

I am playing plague dk for like a year in a row already. So sad that Helya will rotate soon =(

@@DaddySuplex im definitely sad too. Helva had been my most favorite DK card of all time. Second favorite was Alexandros Mograine, during the time that triple blood was truly unkillable

I missed that completely. I came back to Hearthstone about a year ago and it rotated in like a week or so, didn't have the chance to play it.

I think you can craft it, if I am not mistaken, but it will rotate with the mini-set or with the next expansion, not sure. It is kind of like an even the Blizzard did for us to enjoy the game a little more as the card made the difference on the ladder and pushed control decks into the meta again, but I am not sure they will bring the card back to standard again after it rotates =)

I guess, sometimes, you just have to merge with the character to feel the game better lol

You forgot the main rule of this deck, it only wins when it plays against you.

xDDD "The 1st rule of Shaffar Rogue: It never wins. The 2nd rule of Shaffar Rogue: If it win's - that means you are playing against it." (c) HS.

As you could see, something of the same happened to me lol I think maybe more minions draw is required lol

@@DaddySuplex I had a similar situation with dungar, I started 1/8 but then miraculously made 14/9. You can only evaluate the deck depending on the approach of a particular card over a long distance

Well, When I drew shaffar as 60th card in the beginning, I guess I was a little unlucky lol But, you are absolutely right. It hold about 50% WR and it is a strong deck that has a potential to kill fast.

I think this deck can lose only to itself, and it does that a lot, as the whole gameplay is to find shaffar lol Without shaffar this deck just loses to anything lol =)

@@DaddySuplex I play hydration warrior with double dirty rat and mind control tech so it's an auto win. This deck is nasty when it works, but it's solitaire and that's the problem with HS right now! that's why I don't like it.

Some cards will come out, but those are not the main cards for the archetype, I think. Plus, they will introduce some new ones, and this will probably come back in eventually if something changes. The main concern is not the card rotation but whether there will be OP archetypes emerging.

@@DaddySuplex When is the rotation? It's not coming with the Starcraft mini set right? It has to be in the next real expansion.

@@Ghostface4k I think the same, but I have been streaming Hearthstone and following the game overall for less than a year, so I don't really know for a fact how that happens yet.
