I didn’t account for resort fees because I was assuming people would stay at hotels, not resorts

@andrewlindseylifestyle in Vegas a majority of the hotels charge resort or hotel fees even if they just have a pool and those pools are closed they also do it for casinos, spas, etc. It's just a marketing tactic

I'm a 70 year old native Oregonian. I love the entire state. At least I used to. That was before the easterners decided they hated anyone from Western Oregon. I no longer feel safe in a part of the state my forefathers settled in. Such a shame.

@@davidburris6873. That was kind of a play on our old governor from the 70’s. He’d say, “ Please come and visit, just don’t forget to leave”.

There are great suggestions, but there is so much more to see in Eastern Oregon. Driving from the Columbia River along the John Day River to the Town of John Day and then to Prairie City then up over Dixie Mountain and down in to Vale Oregon. You will see just about every to of geographic and geologic features. The Steens Mountains are a must see. Owyhee canyon and River

Baker city is where we stayed! Loved that town. The inland cafe is one of the best restaurants ever. I couldn’t get enough of their huckleberry cream pie 😋 Thank you for the tip! I’ll keep it in mind for my next visit

@@andrewlindseylifestyle We live in Caldwell ID. and travel through there a couple times a year. Up to now, we have gone to the truck stop cafe off the freeway but will try the Inland Cafe. We actually went right by it coming into town from Haines. There is another period correct hotel in Union. We've stayed there a couple of times. Much less modernization but nice to see the craftmanship of trades people of the day.

@@andrewlindseylifestyle We go to the Pendleton OR and Walla Walla, WA areas on golfing trips and just came back to Idaho the week before last. We had the entire day to drive home from Pendleton and I had planned to get to La Grande and then take a side trip up and around through Joseph and Wallowa lake area and then back into Baker City but chickened out at the last minute due to the looks of the winding road on the map. But it's on our list to do. Thanks for video.

@@sawtooth4615 Joseph is an easy drive! A beautiful drive too. It’s not dangerous or anything. Joseph is my favorite place we went so definitely don’t miss it next time!

Depends what you’re coming for. If you want to come when it’s the busiest and we have the most events, summer. If you wanna come when it’s the most comfortable and a little less chaotic, I would say spring or fall

Lol I love Nashville, and I do think it's a great city, but I don't think I would personally consider it one of the most beautiful, but it definitely isn't anywhere near the least beautiful cities, that's for sure

I definitely wish I would have put Japan on here. Mexico in my experience has not been all that beautiful, besides the beaches and resorts of course

@@andrewlindseylifestyle you must be blind then. Mexico has amazing landscapes to offer and is one of the countries with the most UNESCO heritage sites in the world. Definitely much more beautiful than some countries on your list 🙈🙈

@@samb3303 Perhaps I will get the chance to see those places someday. Hopefully next time I go to Mexico I can step outside the resorts and see some of the more beautiful spots

@@andrewlindseylifestyle yes absolutely. You cant even really say you have been to Mexico if you have only been in resorts. Mexico is ssooooooo much more than just that

@@samb3303 I'm sure it is. Everything I saw between the resorts and the airports was not very beautiful. But it's a big country. I'm sure there are many things I never saw
