AWESOME!!!
if anyone was wondering its a 5/32" drill. :) just swapped out my big ol wheels for these small ones.... thanks Bob!
Yep, I thought I corrected it with the text. Bob's getting old, and you are correct. (I need to get better at editing to). Thank you for watching!
AWESOME BOB!!! ✈️✈️
Thanks!
Here comes “sub #68” 👍🏻
Thank you!
Yeah you came in hot on that landing. But definitely stuck the landing perfectly! 👍🏻✈️🤘🏻
Yep, could definitely use a longer runway, thanks!
The twin engine and wheels look awesome Bob! 👍🏻
Thanks 👍
I'm digging the wings and motors!
400Z
That so cool man 👍 ✈️🛩️
Thanks!
Bob what are you using to fpv with ?
That flight was an analog all in one camera. Just stuck it on to see how good it flew. The new one has a Caddx turtle camera and a 600mw Akk VTX
Okay
Awesome idea! Very cool!
Thanks!
That's cool.
Thanks!
Awesome!
Thanks!
Nice build Adding second motor, has it increased planes speed? How long can you fly it on one 4s battery? Last question. I'm new to FVP, what googles or equipment give you you altitude & speed in Km? So, in this video you maxed out at around 100ft altitude? Has using fvp helped your fling of RC planes better?
Yes it has. It depends how you fly it, I'd say about 10 mins. the onscreen display is provided by the flight controller, not the FPV stuff it's the inav operating system that does it. maxed out at 100 meters, that's about 328 feet high I like flying FPV better, makes it easier to land, but that depends how you want to fly.
I though I liked twins too much. Love it Sir. And did you twin the F4U? My first was a Bixler clone XUAV Skysurfer. th-cam.com/video/zAJb3Iyp4YQ/w-d-xo.html
Did you run the video through giroflow?
@@wesleycox3536 No, it's just the raw video.
Hi. Can you share stl files of motor mounts please, or link where you found them. For me is very hard to design them correct:(
there are no files, they were made by hand using two arms from a blade drone frame, the arms were cut off and glued into the wings and the motors were bolted to the mounts like they were on the drone
Are we watching video from the goggles or from the on-car camera here?
It's video from a caddx peanut that's velcrowed to the hood. I turned it around to get the shot of the camera guy.
Very nice Eric!
Thanks!
Nice one! Contemplating to get the FMS 800mm Corsair and because of ur video, I might pull thr trigger! Currently I'm flying Volantex RC 750mm P-51D with Caddx Vista. Have a look via the link th-cam.com/video/2jesr8drCV8/w-d-xo.html. Cheers man!
ID LIKE TO SEE THIS IN DIRT FIELD WITH JUMPS ,BUT NICE RUN, AND YOU NEVER FLIPPED...WELL DONE.
Thanks!
SMOOTH RIDE DUDE...
💯💯
Yessir I like this build !
Nice machine 👍
I love twin motor Airplane especially with a pan servo and inav all osd goodies😊
Nice, stable airframe! Next you should try using a pusher design similar to the XP-55 Ascender
Yessir! I like this kinda stuff!
Nice paint job!
Thanks!
What range do you get out of the Express LRS?
Not sure exactly, have never failsafed, video usually starts going bad before anything else
This is great!!! Love the ratel 2, would love to see what the Fpv view looks looks like
It looks pretty close to the video from the peanut after uploading it to youtube.
Nice footage from the little thumb camera, what's your fpv setup please? Your plane is fast as hell too!
Thanks, the FPV Setup I had in it when recording was a Caddx Ratel camera, and a AKK Ultimate VTX, worked well and all fit in the battery hatch. I'm upgrading the whole plane now for longer range.
This is great. Do you have footage of the Fpv view?
Looks great!
Oh man this is super cool liked and subscribed 👍
Awesome, hope my FPV works as good as yours..
Thats nice. However, I´d have gone for pusher engines. Looks better on the plane and should be ok with CG. They´d be roughly in the same position as the heavy EDF.
Nice to see another person fpv the Vendetta! I've fpv'd mine up to about 50-60mph and it's really fun on a smooth surface but tunnel vision starts to get real that low to the ground at those speeds! Since then I've had the car up to 107mph line of sight but I'm sketched to go that fast with the goggles on lol! I will say the higher up you can mount the camera the better the depth perception is. I mounted an aluminum bar to my center brace that sticks out through roof by about 3-4 inches and mounted my camera to that. It makes for a pretty solid mount as well.
I like to FPV all my stuff and I got this to see what a more expensive car will do on the track. I like it, it handles quite good as well as going fast. I'm still playing with it, the weather got nasty here so it's in the box till spring.
Is the battery voltage sagging?
No, why do you ask?
Vroom Vroom!
OtterScout! Got to love those props.
Nice job! Are you using differential thrust?
I like the cockpit view. I've been wanting to do one like that.
I'm trying to make a very fpv friendly plane, it needs a canopy over it but the stock one is to blurry.
I have this one too 🤔
The stock canopy was a little to cloudy for really seeing,
@@bobersonRC that's the problem with plastic.
Can i see your wiring matek f411 wte ?
It's wired just like the matek diagram, nothing special. www.mateksys.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/F411-WSE_W-1034x1500.jpg
@@bobersonRC thanks🙏
What is your twin setup? And did you manage to keep the AUW sub 250gr? Great flying and I prefer a twin setup too! Keep up the good work!
I wonder how does power and flight times compare before and after prop conversion. My guess is.. twice the flight time.
Looks awesome, great job!
Thank you!
Whats your Specs on your FPV setup.
