Astalos’s theme has crazy aura
Glavenus: 10000⁰ blade Mizutsune: Makes you slide around Gammoth: Freezes you Astalos: *cracks knuckles*
Glavenus Sword Gammoth Roar Mizutsune Bubbles Astalos Green Thunder
Raging Inferno Mighty Avalanche Total Wipeout Violent Discharge Crimson Comet
Yo creo qué si llega a salir un juego de aniversario como este esté al mismo nivel porque estos temas son buenísimos y los monstruos también
The fated four: sword, shield, shoot and spear or staff
Glavenus feels oretty generic, but then again, his only weapon is his bite,a short blast, and a tail slash,so it fits Gammoth feels slow and powerful, like an avalanche or an army on the march, slow and perfectly placed Mizitsune feels swift, fluid, and a bit peaceful, matching the bubble fox leviathan perfectly Astolos is a chaotic cacophony of electrical instruments, perfect for the electrical rage wyvern
My ranking on the themes: 1. Glavenus: He is my second favorite monster (after Diablos) so Im a bit biased. 2. Gammoth: Really epic theme that really suits a giant mammoth. 3. Astalos: It's pretty good, prefer Zinogre's theme tho. 4. Mizutsune: After hearing the Rise version, this is just inferior in every way.
Astalos and Mizutsune are definitely my favorites!
Yo los mate a todos solo >:v
El tema del Mizutsune original es más genial que el tema del MHR el coro lo arruinó xd

Gammoth you are the last one.... Your friend waiting...
Welp ama get mi some elder dragons
Wounder what would happen if they got into a terf war
Gammoth would dominate them all.
When the sky turn dark, Green flash shine your surroundings, And crackling sound fill the air, Prepare thy self for green wyvern charging.
Glavenus: iceborne Mizutsune: rise Astalos: sunbreak Gammoth: *cries in corner*
With this lineup, Gammoth is almost guaranteed to be in the next game
Me: goes over to corner to comfort her and share her tears.
@Blackveil Vaal Hazak yea especially for the introduction to mr, woulda been awesome instead we got banbaro 😢
I mean, she's in Stories 2! It's something at least. lmao
To be fair, out of the 4, gammoth’s fight is easily the least exciting
In terms of overall ( 1: favourite 4: least favourite ) 1. Glavenus 2. Gammoth 3. Astalos 4. Mitzitsune In terms of themes: 1. Gammoth 2. Astalos 3. Mitzitsune 4. Glavenus
Bherna, Pokke, Yukumo and Kokoto. It's funny how seasoned hunters from these areas never encountered one of the fates four until MH Gen.
I'm stupid, I just realized these four are meant to represent the 4 main elements of MH Glavenus - Fire Mizutsune - Water Astalos - Electric Gammoth - Ice And then Valstrax was added to represent Dragon
They represent generations. Astalos 1st gen, Gammoth 2nd gen, Mizitsune 3rd and Glavenus 4th, also each monster type was introduced in that generations with the exeption of Glavenus(Brute wyvern were also from 3rd gen). Then they wisely decided to give each one of them a different element, and same for Valstrax and the elementless Bloodbath Diablos, but the main focus was to give each gen a new representative monster

Mizutsune has one of my favorite visual and conceptual designs in the whole series. Everything about him works well with the other parts, like his theme and interesting concept of a soapy, dancing water fox, which is all translated in the design, sounds, and fight as a whole. Nothing too crazy, but still flamboyant and interesting. I could keep gushing about how good I think Mizu is, but I’ll just leave it at “I think Mizutsune is a ‘perfect’ monster.” Another monster I think is “perfect” is Shagaru Magala (only the one from 4).
Pretty good but doesn’t come close to Khezu’s theme
Mizutsune is my favourite of the Fated 4 because not only is his theme so cool, he's probably still the hardest of the 4 for me to fight since he's so fast and all over the place
Can we all agree that Mizutsune is the most Japanese monster of the franchise?

I love them all except for Mizu's. It's trying way too hard to sound japanese.
The Theme of Astalos is my favourite. Now I just wish we get him in Rise or in the Expansion of Rise
Him and gammoth make it in to update 3.0 would be sick!
@@majorpeepo I think Valstrax would be better but yeah, I’d like to see those 3.

This actualy aged well xD
So...
Hoping to see the other 3 in Rise. Just do it Capcom
They are already confirmed for MHS2 instead.
Every single one slaps in a different way.
Gotta love Mizu
Mizutsunes theme really represent the Japanese music culture.
Face them head first At your own risk Be this your wish You will surely be there next dish
Here's my list and opinions on the fated fours themes: 1-Glavenus: mainly because i love the part at 1:22 and i enjoy it's rock and roll style theme. I think it fits well with his whole carnotaurus sword tail persona. 2-Astalos: i really love the beginning and the ending of the theme. It's a real bop and it truly feels fast and jolty. 3-mizutsune: i love the ancient chinese guitar (I don't know the name of the instrument I'm just basing it off what i heard) that plays in the background but it feels repetitive and boring at times. 4-Gammoth: yes i know everybody loves this theme but it doesn't sit right with me. It doesn't really feel unique and quite honestly boring. _You probably didn't ask for this and most likely no one will see this but whatever_
I very much agree with your list except gammoth. I do think it's good but it just can't compete with others
*the others
Glavenus has an ugly what am i saying a disgusting range with his great/longsword tail
Look I think asta is beta boi but like diez said ur salty boi
Astaloses theme is yust satisfying
when you think about it, Misutzune is Zinogre but angry because you gave him a soap bath.
"Name: Mizutsune (タマミツネ) Title: Bubble Fox Wyvern (泡狐竜) Length: 1885.12cm Order: Leviathan ?: Unknown Suborder: Sea Beast Wyvern Infraorder: Bubble Fox Wyvern Family: Mizutsune Habitats: Misty Peaks, Sacred Pinnacle, Primal Forest, Jungle, Ruined Pinnacle, Forlorn Arena" "An unusual species of leviathan often found living in the Misty Peaks, Mizutsune is a beautiful monster that is known for its sly movements and bewitching appearance." "Known as the "Bubble Fox Wyvern," or "Bewitching Dance" by some, Mizutsune is considered to be an oddity among the leviathans due to it spending most, if not all of its time, on land." "Leviathans are known to normally swim all sorts of substances such as water, sand, ice, or even lava, but this isn't the case for Mizutsune. Mizutsune is capable of staying on for long periods of time due to the help of its irregular scales." "Around Mizutsune's entire body are specialized glands that produce a liquid known as bubblefoam, which keeps the monster's skin moist. The irregular shape of scales allows for most of this substance to remain on its body, allowing it to stay on land for prolonged periods of time." "Unlike other leviathans, Mizutsune has purplish fur covering a large portion of its body. Although the hair on its body is called fur, it is actually specially evolved scales that have taken on a similar appearance and feel to that material." "Normally, its fur is stiff and hard, but it becomes silky soft like a brush once it's soaked with the bubblefoam. Although the fur may seem like a strange adaptation, it's actually an essential tool for Mizutsune." "While the irregular scales hold onto the bubblefoam that it secretes, the fur is used to produce and spread the bubbles throughout its environment. By rubbing its scales on its fur or on the ground, Mizutsune is capable of producing bubbles that it can use to its advantage." "Besides using the bubblefoam to keep its skin moist, Mizutsune also uses the liquid for protection against threats as well as to capture prey." "Mizutsune's head fins are very developed and sensitive due to receptors within them used for detecting moisture via its bubblefoam. It can sense the tiniest changes in its environment, including if something pops one of the many bubbles that it surrounds its territory with." "Mizutsune is known to sleep within puddles of its secretions and lays its head down on the fluids to sense the tiniest changes in the humidity in its environment. Whether they be from predators or prey, if it senses a creature approaching, it'll wake up to see what disturbed it." Click on the link to view: ( twitter.com/BannedDino/status/1328112253879652352?s=20 ) "If a predator has awakened it, Mizutsune will spread the bubblefoam around its enemy and entangle its attacker with its secretions as it dances around its threat's attacks. Once it's enemy is tired, Mizutsune will use its secretions to make a quick escape." Click on link to view: ( twitter.com/BannedDino/status/1328112289988407297?s=20 ) "Mizutsune prefers to avoid fights rather than engaging in pointless turf wars, and it knows that it can escape from a confrontation anytime it wants due to it having the bubblefoam. In some rare cases, if the individual is brave enough, a Mizutsune will face off against a threat." "With the help of the fur that adorns its body, Mizutsune is capable of sliding on the bubblefoam and moving with lightning speed on land. The bubblefoam reduces friction on the ground, making it hard for most creatures to stand or walk properly while facing off against Mizutsune." Click on the link to view: ( twitter.com/BannedDino/status/1328112305989701635?s=20 ) "While their movements are impaired by the bubblefoam, Mizutsune's aren't due to the hardened claws on its feet. It uses those claws as spikes to control its movements as it slides, preventing the monster from slipping around wildly as it outmaneuvers its opponents." "It also uses those claws to groom its fur. Besides secreting the bubblefoam from glands found throughout its body, Mizutsune can also do breathe bubbles out of its mouth." Click on the link to view: ( twitter.com/BannedDino/status/1328112318555824128?s=20 ) "It uses its tongue to stimulate foam sacs that can be found under its eye to secrete the bubblefoam before it inflates the liquid in its mouth, changing it into a bubble." "Mizutsune primarily preys upon fish and will sometimes feed on smaller monsters. Like snakes, it has recurved teeth used for holding down prey and can unhinge its jaws so it can swallow prey whole." "Due to its diet, the bodily fluids of its prey will sometimes mix with the bubblefoam it produces, changing the color of its bubbles and giving them an additional property/effect. Some of these bubbles can heal wounds, while others can increase one's attack power." "As mentioned above, Mizutsune isn't a very aggressive monster, preferring to avoid most fights. While usually calm, male Mizutsune (All of the Mizutsune we fight in-game are males) become extremely aggressive during the mating season, leading to unprovoked attacks on humans." "Male Mizutsune are brightly colored and have large fins, while female Mizutsune have duller colors and smaller fins. The males are also capable of flushing blood into their fins, causing them to become red in color to reflect their emotions." "During the mating season, a male Mizutsune pair up with females and help to care for the young. Instead of running from threats, he'll stand his ground against an enemy to protect both his territory and his family from danger. He'll leave once his young are old enough." "Mizutsune's bubblefoam smells like flowers, and just a few drops of it can turn a swamp into a bubble bath. Its bubblefoam can also remove impurities and is used in religious rituals. Its tail prized for its supple fur and beautiful scales." " Sources 1. Monster Hunter Generations 2. "Name: Glavenus (ディノバルド) Title: Cutting Wyvern (斬竜) Length: 2461.5cm Order: Saurischia Suborder: Theropoda Superfamily: Tail Blade Wyvern Family: Glavenus Habitats: Jungle, Jurassic Frontier, Volcano, Volcanic Hollow, Ingle Isle, Dunes, Desert, Forlorn Arena" "Considered to be one of the strongest and smartest species of brute wyverns around, Glavenus is a carnotaurus-like brute wyvern that can be found in both foresty environments as well as hot arid ones." "Often called the "Cutting Wyvern" or "Scorching Blade" by the public, Glavenus is a fascinating member of the brute wyvern classification because of the fact that it primarily uses its distinctive blade-like tail in combat." "While a majority of Glavenus's body is red, its long tail is blue in color due to Glavenus adhering fine ore to that part of its body to create its sharp and heavy blade. Like a Great Sword user, Glavenus can deal a lot of damage to predators and prey with its blade." Click on theink to view: ( twitter.com/BannedDino/status/1329867593117806593?s=20 ) "Glavenus's blade-like tail can slice through prey with ease, but it can further increase the killing power of that part by rubbing it on the ground. The ore it uses is highly flammable, so its blade-like tail will gradually heat up as it swings it around in combat." "Glavenus's tail is normally hard while it's blue, making it difficult to cut off, but it becomes soft when it is heated up. While its tail is heated, Glavenus can easily slice through foes like butter with its thousand-degree cleaver." "As a Glavenus uses its tail more and more, especially while it is heated up, the blade will rust and change color. While rusted, its blade-like tail is dull and doesn't deal much damage. When its blade dulls, Glavenus is known to do something unexpected." "On Glavenus's mouth are four sharp fangs that it uses for sharpening its blade-like tail. Glavenus will bite onto its own tail, producing sparks due to friction between its jaws and tail, to sharpen and refine its blade on the fly." Click on the link to view: ( twitter.com/BannedDino/status/1329867623836897282?s=20 ) "A large marking can be found on the tail, indicating what part of the tail the Glavenus often grabs to sharpen it. To protect its eyes from sparks as it sharpens its tail, Glavenus has hard shelling covering its face." "After Glavenus's heated blade-like tail cools down, soot is left behind on that part, and, as Glavenus scrapes its jaws against its blade, it'll swallow the leftover soot on its blade. The ingested soot is then contained within an organ in its throat called the "Flaming Bursa."" "This furnace-like organ will boil the soot and turn it into magma, allowing Glavenus to store fire within its throat and breathe massive pools of magma at its enemies." "Glavenus can keep these flames trapped within the flaming bursa indefinitely, but the organ will violently explode if its head is severely damaged, releasing those flames and stunning Glavenus." "While that organ is being used, Glavenus's already powerful bites are further enhanced by the fire element. Due to it sharpening its fangs on its tail, they have become razor sharp weapons that can withstand Glavenus's pressure." "Compared to most brute wyverns, Glavenus is quite agile for its size. Glavenus has strong muscular legs that allow it to leap up into the air before slamming down its tail with immense force. On the back of its legs are two hoove-like claws used to support its weight as it lands." "Glavenus is a highly territorial monster that often gets into fights with its own kind and other monsters such as Uragaan and Gravios. As mentioned above, Glavenus adheres ore to its tail to create its blade, but it also needs that ore to keep the blade well-maintained." Click on the link to view: ( twitter.com/BannedDino/status/1329867721257979907?s=20 ) "Glavenus (All Glavenus in-game are male) makes its territory within areas that have high-quality ore, which is the reason why the monster's tail is blue. While it uses its fangs to sharpen its tail, it also often sharpens its tail on the ore." "Glavenus compete with each other for better territories filled with ore, and these fights often lead to one of them losing their blade-like tail or dying in combat. A Glavenus also has to keep its turf safe from mineral-eating monsters since that ore is so important to it." Click on the link to view: ( twitter.com/BannedDino/status/1329867804527521793?s=20 ) "It's also worth noting that when the first research team was sent to investigate the Jurassic Frontier, their camp was attacked and destroyed by a Glavenus, which led to the Wycademy building another base camp in a safer location." "Predatory in nature, Glavenus preys upon lesser species to sate its hunger and is known to ruthlessly pursue its victims. If faced with another large monster, Glavenus will stand its ground and welcome the challenge." "Some blue ore covers parts of its shell, granting the monster added protection against attacks. Combined with its scales, Glavenus's shell has a high resistance against heat and is capable of deflecting most blows as well." "The constant heating and cooling of its blade-like tail have forged a fine blade that can easily cut through most other swords." "When enraged, Glavenus's body temperature will greatly increase, causing some parts of its body to glow red in color from the sudden increase in heat." " Sources 1. Monster Hunter Generations 2. "Name: Astalos (ライゼクス) Title: Thunder Wyvern (電竜) Length: 1667.5cm Order: Saurischia Suborder: Wyvern Feet Infraorder: Electricwing Wyvern Superfamily: Thunder Wyvern Family: Zekusu Habitats: V. Hills, Marshlands, Jungle, A. Steppe, R. Pinnacle, Forlorn Arena, Sanctuary" "Astalos is a species of flying wyvern that is known to primarily inhabit the Verdant Hills. Highly aggressive in nature, Astalos is well known for its violent temper and shocking abilities." "Although Astalos is a flying wyvern, it has many features throughout its body that are quite similar to insects in appearance. Some have also compared Astalos's appearance to Seregios, but both flying wyverns aren't closely related to each other." "Adorning its body is a spiny shell covered in hard and sharp spines, which are capable of injuring predators and prey alike, as well as flexible scales that can reflect sunlight, giving them a rainbow-like appearance." "Its wings have a unique membrane that people can see through like glass. Although Astalos's wing membrane may be thin, it's surprisingly tough likely due to this flying wyvern's violent nature." "Like some other flying wyverns, it has wingtalons on its wings, but, unlike most of its kind, Astalos uses them for attacking, subduing, and killing prey. Its crest and scissor-like tail are also used for these purposes as well, but it has a weapon to make its attacks stronger." "Astalos is known as the "Thunder Wyvern," or "Lightning Rebel" by some, due to its ability to manipulate the thunder element. Astalos's entire body (Head, wings, and tail) is an organ used for generating electricity, and each part produces an electrical charge in unique ways." "By violently shaking its wing membrane, Astalos is able to produce electricity in its wings and store that electrical energy within certain parts such as its wingtalons." Click on the link to view: ( twitter.com/BannedDino/status/1325855452924665857?s=20 ) "As the crest on its head stores electricity, grooves within that part will open up as it rapidly moves the muscle tissue within the crest to generate an electrical charge." "By violently moving its scissor-like tail, Astalos is capable of storing electricity within that part of its body. Each of its parts charges up with electricity independently from one another, so Astalos isn't limited in combat at all times." "As its parts are charged up, they'll glow green and slightly change in shape. The more charged up an Astalos is, the deadlier and more dangerous its attacks become, and the more vulnerable the monster becomes to attacks. If a part takes too much damage, it'll lose the charge." "By using electricity, Astalos has an effective weapon that can be used for capturing and killing prey. This flying wyvern is an omnivore that primarily feeds on lesser creatures like Vespoid, Velociprey, and Velocidrome." "When hunting for Vespoid and other neopterons, Astalos is capable of producing a unique electrical charge with its wings to kill large swarms of them in an area at once before feeding on their fallen corpses." Click on the link to view: ( twitter.com/BannedDino/status/1325855553122430976?s=20 ) "Astalos is an extremely territorial monster that'll attack every other creature it encounters on sight. Known for its brutality, Astalos will usually strike first before its opponent gets a chance to. Astalos needs to be aggressive and violent due to the environments it inhabits." "Although Astalos easily asserts itself at the top of the food chain, it has to face off against monsters that are larger than itself, particularly Rathalos and Rathian. Although it's considered to be Rathalos's rival, the Raths are physically larger and stronger than Astalos." "These flying wyverns are constantly competing with each other for the same resources. Astalos may not be as physically strong as the Raths, but its elemental abilities and other adaptations it has make up for that weakness." Click on the link to view: ( twitter.com/BannedDino/status/1325855607883227137?s=20 ) "Often when an Astalos, particularly a male one (All the Astalos in-game are male), appears in a locale, it'll disrupt and destroy the local ecosystem due to its aggressive nature. Its electrical powers have reportedly changed the shape of rock formations in some environments." "Unlike the Raths, Astalos don't take care of their young in any form. A female Astalos will lay about seven eggs in a rocky place before leaving her young to incubate and hatch on their own." "Young Astalos feed on Hornetaur and other small creatures as they grow up, but, in some cases, they'll even cannibalize their own siblings. They'll learn to protect and care for themselves as they reach adulthood, gaining their brutal aggression and rage as they age. "Name: Gammoth (ガムート) Title: Giant Beast (巨獣) Length: 2819.43cm Order: Proboscidea Suborder: Scalp Family: Gammoth Habitats: Arctic Ridge, Frozen Seaway, Polar Field, Forlorn Arena" "Considered to be the largest known fanged beast, Gammoth is a giant mammoth-like monster that can be found inhabiting tundra regions. Often called the "Giant Beast" or "Immovable Mountain God," Gammoth's size makes it a force to be reckoned with by hunters and monsters alike." "Gammoth is rather lenient towards smaller monsters and ignores them for the most part, but will turn aggressive the moment it is attacked or feels threatened by another creature. Since it's so large, Gammoth has almost no predators to worry about in its environment." "For protection against both the elements in its environment and potential predators, Gammoth has thick fur and fat adorning its body. A Gammoth's pelt is very durable and cold-resistant, capable of keeping it warm and absorbing physical blows without losing its durability." Click on the link to view: ( twitter.com/BannedDino/status/1327345285840965635?s=20 ) "The claws and fangs of most predators can't pierce through the hide of a Gammoth, and not even the jaws of Tigrex can leave a fatal wound on the body of a Gammoth due to the thick fur and fat acting as armor for the giant." "While most of Gammoth's body is covered fur, its limbs are covered in a hard shell structure that is used for attaching clumps of snow to its legs. Rather than using the snow on its legs for defense, it uses it for attacking threats." "Gammoth secretes a material from its legs that hardens the snow. When it slams down one of its limbs with immense force, the snow will explode from that part and damage any nearby creatures caught within the blast. The snow has enough force to stun something as big as Giadrome." "While the shell on its limbs attaches snow to its legs, the shape of its feet allows Gammoth to traverse through the snow with ease." "When facing off against a threat, Gammoth will face off against its enemy head-on. Primarily using its trunk and tusks in combat, Gammoth will use its unbelievable strength to finish off its opponents." Click on the link to view: ( twitter.com/BannedDino/status/1327345333991510017?s=20 ) "Gammoth is relatively slow due to its immense size, yet its physical strength is almost unrivaled. Gammoth is known to use its hardened tusk to uplift and encase its enemies in snow, preventing them from escaping its unyielding wrath in combat." "Like elephants, its trunk has various uses. Gammoth has been seen sucking up snow in its trunk before standing up and encasing its limbs in the snow before it continues fighting." "It has also been seen firing snowballs out of its trunk and blowing gusts of wind at enemies with its trunk. Under its trunk are specialized spines that can easily break through solid ice. With the help of these spines, Gammoth can pick up and throw objects with its trunk." "Gammoth is strong enough to lift up and throw large flying wyverns with its trunk, and it has even been seen violently grabbing hunters and slamming them down on the ground several times with that appendage as it fights." "Outside of using the trunk for attacking predators, Gammoth mainly uses it as a tool for searching for food under the snow as well as to detect vibrations. Gammoth is a herbivore that feeds on vegetation such as grass, nuts, fruit, and wood hidden in its environment." "Gammoth is nomadic in nature, constantly moving from one frozen wasteland to another as it searches for food. Since it can be hard to find food in the climates it inhabits, it'll sometimes invade settlements and destroy villages to feed on the wood that the homes are made of." "A Gammoth is unpredictable while it's hungry due to its heightened aggression, so hunters are sometimes sent in to hunt down the behemoth during harsh cold months." "Gammoth are solitary in nature, but they've sometimes been seen walking among Popo herds. Female Gammoth (All Gammoth encountered in-game are female) are known to sometimes join up with herds of Popo when they have young to protect." "While an adult Gammoth has little to fear, a young one is vulnerable to all sorts of predators, particularly Tigrex. A mother Gammoth has a strong bond with her baby and will protect her young with her life." "A baby Gammoth will stay under its mother's body for protection, but it'll flee and lay down on the snow to hide itself from predators while its mother is faced with a threat. While young, a Gammoth's fur is pure white in color, allowing it to blend into the snow as it hides." "Like Popo, young Gammoth are often preyed upon by Tigrex. To further protect her baby from this flying wyvern, a mother Gammoth will sometimes join a Popo herd to increase the chances of her young's survival." "With a Gammoth around, the Popo herd has more protection against predators, and, since there are more targets to choose from in a herd, the Gammoth's young has less of a chance of being preyed upon by a predator like Tigrex." "At first, a Gammoth fears Tigrex, but that changes as the individual ages and grows larger. That fear towards Tigrex eventually turns into utter rage, making it into the fearsome giant that it is known as. The more afraid of Tigrex a young Gammoth is, the stronger it'll become." Am I the only one who likes the glavenus theme?
I like it too!
Nope,it's my favourite monster theme of all time
I love glavenus, I never thought it as the theme describing just him, but all of the fated four, it has the epic ness of gammoth, the dance like melody of mistunie, and the piercing power of astolos. Thought you may like others, and might have a harder time with the others, I think glavenus earned his spot as the leader.
Saving the best for last
The fated four (glavenus, gammoth, mizutsune, astalos) shoul we make the rival the four horseman (deviljho, brachydios, rajang, bazelgeus)?
Brachydios is not on their level
In my opinion Gammoths theme I s a bit better than the others, The first time I saw him I legitimately shit myself by how freaking huge he is.
It's a she
Really?
Yha gammoths you face are all female
