Hey Ola, thanks for your inquiry. We haven't checked this video posting since we posted it over a year and a half ago and didn't realize folks were asking about it. Since we have been in lockdown mode due to the Covid-19 pandemic we have taken the opportunity to go back and work on unfinished projects that we have had not had time to tend to. LOL I am beginning to create a TH-cam tutorial on how we converted this 1985 Allen ADC Organ. Since this was our first and only attempt at such a project I don't know the inner makeup of a Rodgers organ. I will be glad to share with you our documentation of each step of the process for our application as soon as I have it compiled. Until then I would recommend visiting the website, OrganForum.com. The forum moderators were very knowledgable, fantastic and invaluable to guiding these two novices in what we thought would be a 3 or 5 day project at the most. But our inexperience and lack of organ mechanics knowledge and soldering skills caused the project to take 4 weeks to complete. LOL No matter what obstacle or problem we made for ourselves because of our lack of experience and knowledge the guys at OrganForum.com patiently educated us in how to complete the project each step of the way. Of course we were also frustrated at the lack of "detailed" documentation that accompanied the Midi Conversion Kit for Two Manual Organ from the good folks at Artisan Organs. The problem with most technical documentations is that the makers/engineers of such products assumes prior knowledge and education on the subject matter! LOL And in this case, assume that we would know how the layout and inner workings of an electronic organ is designed and works. The writers of such manuals do not anticipate that complete novices would attempt a project like this. LOL So In any case, we will get on the stick and complete our DIY Step-by-Step Allen Organ ADC Midi-Conversion Guide "For Dummies" order to share to the world of novices such as ourselves!
