You know this soundtrack sounds 10 times better with headphones, there are lots of bass sounds that just get lost in the transition to TV speakers. The ffx-2 composers were more synth oriented and it's clear they composed and tested the OST from high end equipment only, and didn't consider it was going to be listened mainly through cheap 2000's tv speakers, missing 20% of the sounds in the process, they should've adjusted the balance and composition to account for it.

The Eternity theme is still possibly my favourite motif in any FF game ever. And that's really saying something.

ffx2 is such a weird game. It's shit, but it's also amazing. It's like the best bad game. Music. amazing. Almost every song is a banger. gameplay amazing. Great visuals. We get to see how spira is doing after the calm. Cool concepts like the spheres But the story and dialogue are among the worst I have ever experienced in ANY game I have EVER played. And the worst parts are unskippable. The duality is what makes this game unforgettable. It's a trulyawful direct-to-video sequel, but it's amazing despite that.
