I’m Mexican and I jut realized that in the “is no bueno” part he was saying “life without you is not good” but he says it grammatically incorrect, it should be “no es buena” but because it was spelled wrong I didn’t understand it, But make sense because the character said that he used to failed Spanish class

I always find it interesting how Meg in the first standing place looks so pushed off to the side even Madame Giry is closer and seems more comfortable and involved and Meg looks so out of place and pushed to the side with the way her hand is on his shoulder and he has no acknowledgment of her also with costumes she’s the only one in white while everyone else is in black or really dark colours
