Well done! Such an important topic at this point in time. It's so easy to get caught up in the passionate intensity of an issue and unwittingly become a driver of polarization - even as a Bahai.

Brilliant Duane, so helpful, thanks for this overview so necessary to help us focus our endeavours in a unifying way. I have been a Baha'i for 52 years and began mass teaching in Europe with a group of "God intoxicated" youth from Alaska all afire with the love of teaching. All this was very much injected with the vision of Jenabe Caldwell. You remind me of him.

Thanks. Yes. I was also Jenabe trained and spent a summer teaching in Alaska. The Alaskan Baha’is were SO systematic. Amazing!

It would be so very helpful if you could do a simple, but profound, discourse on world peace on TH-cam yourself as a model for us. We are trying to do it ourselves, in small efforts, for example at our regular devotional {in a rural area} we engage with friends on current events, but their intractable ideas that it is part of man's nature to fight, to give one example, are very difficult to answer.

Great suggestion! Yes! We’ll soon be getting to peace. But our next sequence of episodes (after depolarization as example of discourse) will focus on social action. Then after that we’ll get to peace. So stay tuned!
