We cannot tell you how happy we’ve been since we got Planet Networks in our neighborhood!!! We live in Sussex County NJ. Northwest corner of the state. We had a small local company that had issues but then Optimum bought them out and beyond our belief, the service became worse!!! Then Planet Networks came into town and literally saved the day!!! We never have an issue with streaming, logging in etc… If it wasn’t for them I may have had to learn how to read! 😂

Save us from Optimum! Pidgeon hill rd, Wantage

My town of Oak Ridge is served by Optimum/Altice and I've had the fiber on my pole for over 2 years yet they say it is not available. I've put in addresses where they have the equipment at the end of their driveway and altice says not available. You could come to our town and put your fiber right next to theirs because they don't know about it being there!

When your Internet is so Unreliable it struggles to watch this video, I've lived my whole life in Knowlton Township New Jersey, Specifically right along a stretch of Knowlton Road that is running on 6mb/s DSL Internet from CentruryLink because we lack acess to anything better, it can sometimes take an upward of 20-30 minutes just to upload a single picture, plus around the 7th hour in the evening, my internet tanks to kb/s making it unusable, I would love to have access to better Internet

13 MONTHS AFTER THIS ROUNDTABLE AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Optimum Service is the WORSE. They have outsourced all their tech support and their online support is in Bangladesh. No one there has a clue what is happening! Go to any Optimum location and people are out the door with modems they are swamping out, trying to get a better connection. Over and over and over. Most of these locations are manned with ONE person. Its a SCAM.

This situation is so pathetic, I dont have enough words. We pay property taxes out the wazoo and have literally no dependable internet service. We live in a "rural" area? I'm in traffic up to my neck getting on route 80. Most roads are packed or very busy. Our property values remain flat while the rest of the state can count on continuing rising home values. Something is rotten in Denmark.

I live in Franklin Meadows, and would love to have fiber optic internet; hope you guys build here soon!
