i didnt have a chance to come across your channel till now. Its cool that you are creating a lego city that is set in the 1920s timeline. thata different. also like that your lego city has a mine.
@@acimagination7982 thanks and welcome to the channel! What do you like the most about the city so far?
Wow this honestly amazing, thanks for sharing it. Loved hearing all about your city and seeing both the big and small stories within it. Your future plans sound exciting and I can’t wait. Gave video a huge like and keep up the great.
Thank you very much!
Thank you very much!
@ No worries, you deserve it
Great themed City!
Thanks!
Thanks for letting us visit your city! One thing I liked about your layout is how you managed to add an elevated train line without obstructing your buildings view. Pretty inspiring too.
Thanks a lot for your kind feedback, glad you like it and that I could inspire you. What do you like most about my city so far?
@@theroaringbricks The whole layout is really nice actually. Even the curved railroad crossing you mentioned is really well done, given the limitations of using curved track pieces. And of course your custom buildings and elevated stations, they give some nice ideas.
@@FelipeVinhao thanks!
I just found your channel and this city is amazing. I love the ideas of a 20's theme. There's so many cool things in this. I am amazed.
Thank you so much for your feedback and welcome to the channel! What do you like most so far?
@@theroaringbricks I really like your raised train tracks. Those are really impressive and really feel like the 20's vibe that you see in a lot of movies. It's quintessential 20's for sure.
I love that you have the roaring 20’s theme to your city. Great idea. I love the city and I’m glad to have come across your channel. I look forward to what you add in 2025.
Thank you very much for your kind comment, I'm equally glad that you enjoy my city so much and I appreciate your support! What do you like most about my city so far?
@ the elevated rail line and the no sugar rule lol
@@Builditmt I simply had to include a prohibition reference 😂
The video is very good. I think you should move some boats out of your port because it is very crowded. And I also think you should demolish your forest and make something more organized and more realistic. Otherwise it's perfect
Yeah, you're right, the harbor is way too crowded and the forest definitely needs a makeover. Thanks for feedback, I appreciate it!
I wish i had the space for a similar project with all my old legos instead of planning a fictional capitol in minecraft instead. While i'm a more recent viewer, this may sound insensitive or radical, but what about turning the "great central station" into a transit hub (and add a gradiant to all that sand yellow)? I mean the elevated railway station, the central station itself and the tram tracks are all right there in the very same block, after all. Perhaps that would free up space for the supposed plaza between town hall and central station, potentially with a pixel art in the tiling or market stalls to fill that empty space? Wishing you fun and little expenses with the progress regardless.
Wow, that's one of the most detailed comments I've ever received and I have to say your idea of a transit hub sounds quite intriguing, could you go more into detail about what exactly you have in mind?
Connecting the road to the harbor like that is a nice idea!
Thanks, I totally agree!
you have a really nice layout and city, thank you for the video, can i ask you what area are you using for the layout? thanks again for the video!
Thanks! Do you mean the size of my city?
Great video, although parts are missing, it’s still very unique and well designed. Like always loved hearing your thoughts and opinions. The set itself look really cool and fits perfectly with the themes of Monster Fighters and includes some great features. My favourite part though, is the glow and the dark pieces. Personally I’d consider it not worth it, but I would recommend it, for someone who like uniquely built planes and trains. Gave video a huge like and keep up the great.
I completely agree with you, this set fits well with the monster fighters theme, especially the glow in the dark pieces were perfect for the entire theme in general, but I think this set would have been even better, if it was easier to have it run on lego train tracks, but then again it's a ghost train, and I don't think it really needs train tracks. As always many thanks for your feedback and happy New Year!
@ No worries, you deserve it and Happy New Year. Agreed it could have been ever better, if it was easier to have it run on LEGO train tracks, yet like said, it’s a ghost train and doesn’t really need train tracks.
Great video and wow they are some incredible minifigs, as for the controversy involved with this set, I was actually unaware of it. So it was definitely very interesting to learn about it. As for the builds, they are simple, yet effective and I loved hearing your thoughts and opinions about them. Like always I loved how unique and fun the play features are. Gave video a huge like and keep up the great work
Thank you very much for yet another great comment and detailed feedback of yours, looking forward to the next one!
@ No worries, you deserve it
Great video, although I’m not a huge fan of vehicles. I have to admit, its design is well made and very unique. As for the play feature, I love it. The minfigs, they are really cool. Gave video a huge like and keep up the great work
Yes, the play features of the monster fighters theme are simply amazing!
@ Definitely agree
Great video, although the set itself doesn’t interest me, the play feature was included honestly blew my mind. As it’s incredibly unique and it caught me off guard, especially seeing just how powerful it is. I will admit the minfigs and builds are really cool. As always loved hearing your thoughts and opinions, especially your personally connection to this set. Definitely excited for more, gave video a huge like and keep up the great work
I agree, they did a great job with the minifigures in this theme, looking forward to your future comments!
Great video, I actually have this set and it’s by far one of my unique LEGO sets in my collection. However I unfortunately took the set apart. I do however remember loving the set and all the features it had. Loved hearing your thoughts and it was also very interesting, as you also raised some really nice points. Gave video a huge like and keep up the great work
Thank you very much for the kind words and detailed feedback, I appreciate it!
@ No worries, you deserve it
Great video, loved your style and hearing your thoughts and opinions on the set. Monsters Hunters is honestly such a unique theme, filled with really unique builds and minifigs. I regret not getting the sets sooner. Gave video a huge like and keep up the great work
Thanks for your amazing feedback, I agree with you! What do you think about the other reviews?
@@theroaringbricks No worries you deserve it. I’ll check them out, asap.

Possible, maybe I'll use some tiles to create a used look
Just found this channel. In love already.
Glad to read that, welcome to the project! What do you like most about the city so far?
@@theroaringbricks The elevated train and stations.
@@Real_Moon-Moon thanks for your feedback!
There's still not enough clearance!
What do you mean?
Great! Maybe you could consider adding some hills to the city, with upward and downward roads. Then your elevated railway could become partially on the new ground level and/or cut through a tunnel
Thank you that's a great idea, I'll keep that in mind for the future!
Great work. The design of the building is great and an excellent solution for the arch way. Can you do a shot of the whole city in one picture to give us an idea of how it looks all together? This is such an impressive city. Keep up the awesome work.
Thank you and sure, since it's been a while, I can give you a new overview video of the city in the future. Thanks again for your praise and validation, I appreciate it.
Not liking it. I loved the middle part that were like cables but they drown in the huge influx of jlack now. Love your '20s city!
@@rnulfschmer7537 I partly agree with you, which is why there are going to be some changes very soon, so stay tuned! Also very glad that you like my project. Greetings to Scandinavia!

@@ferocious4561 many thanks and welcome to the channel!
To break up the tan, maybe add a billboard on the top or side of the pass-through building. Either tile or brick built could work and could be clean and brand new or wet and peeling. Seems like a spot that somebody would try to monetize.
@@tylermatteson7289 a billboard is always a good option, especially in this location, thanks for the great input!
The building being mostly tan like that reminds me of a lot of old buildings here in Wisconsin that were made using tannish cream-colored bricks known as "cream city brick", which was also exported from Wisconsin to as far away as Germany, etc... As such, you can say that this building was constructed of cream city brick. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cream_City_brick
@@MarcusStarkiller wow that's pretty cool, haven't heard about that before so thanks for the new knowledge!
@@theroaringbricks You are truly welcome. And the building really looks the part.

Sehr schln gebaut. In schwarz ist es toll

Yea some of the EL in NYC is different too. Ever thought about having one track thst connects the EL to lower track or a possible above ground signal house with track switch?
I've thought about it multiple times, in fact that's how I wanted to build my el in the first place, but it would be just too steep to get it down on street level. I will definitely build a signal house, but a track switch on the elevated level seems too spacious at the moment, but we'll see!
Wow. Great details 👍
Thanks!
GREAT Work..... Looks amazing. Your EL is so eye catching. Really gives the city that something extra. Keep up the good work.
Many thanks!
