Who wouldn't like a little red heart popping out of a granny square? This crochet tutorial brings an embossed effect to the heart and is simple to follow if you know the basic stitches - chain. slip stitch, single crochet, double crochet, treble and double-treble crochet stitches in US terms.
The yarn I've used is Laura Knitting Cotton available on www.littlehivecrafts.com in India, it is a DK 4 ply cotton yarn that goes well with the hook size 3.5 mm. You could make this with any other yarn and appropriate hook.
