Testing out Efactory angle!
First quick and dirty test run of my efactory angle. Still on an eyeball alignment and the motor had just reached operating temp so wasn’t hammering on it too much.
I noticed it doesn’t snap around as hard as my cnc71 blocks when doing figure 8s. I think its alignment related

I’ve previously paint corrected and protected with Cquartz UK 3.0 Process: Wheels pre-rinsed and cleaned with Superclean (4:1) or Megs Ultimate Wheel Cleaner followed by a ceramic spray protection - usually Turtle Wax Seal & Shine due to its great chemical resistance. I finished my manual swap on my 92. Do you know where to connect the tail of the sensor that’s on the clutch pedal ?

You should not need to change the differential. I used the same differential when I swapped from my a340 to r150f

I have a jdm 3.0 here it’s auto and my harness won’t work on it with diff connectors and egr and whatnot I’m hoping it plugs into my manual ecu and I can run it in my manual 4runner 93

No I did not. What I ended up doing was deleting the ADD system entirely and converting to manual locking hubs. I took the front cover and fork out of the ADD unit and used a hose clamp to lock the fork to one side and then I eliminated the vacuum system to the ADD unit. Doing so permanently locks the ADD unit to 4x4. However, since I changed the hubs to manual hubs, the 4x4 system is only engaged when the transfer case is shifted AND when the front hubs are locked. You can still drive in 2wd with the front CVs unlocked and not spinning. Its a bulletproof way to eliminate the electronics and vacuum system to make sure your 4wd system ALWAYS works.
So u lost 4 low?
I’m guessing u still have 4 low or high if u have the manual engaged shifter off an originally manual truck after the automatic engine/ harness is added like I’m about to add an auto harness and engine to my manual I should still have 4 low and high

Would manual locking hubs be a solution for the 4 wheel drive issue?
i just picked up a 2001 320i e46 that is a 5 speed manual, that has 209kmxx on it and no rust on body or the subframe is not cracked, so this is my first manual and i want to make it into a drift/daily driver and take it to mission raceway as well and meet other people with bmw's so i can get help upgrade my car!! its a m54b22 2.2L i got it for 4500$ in langley had abit of issue like overheating but i fixed it overhualed the whole coolant system this week!!i
I just fixed the overheating issue now working on a missfire on cylinder 3 threw up some codes like p1085, p1083, p1347, p0174 ,p0171 Should be a vacuum leak what do you think? Start up and drive fine cold stars with no rough idle as well

Love your truck! I have 2 -71 521's having one for 45 yrs while the other 27 yrs. They are cheap, reliable and highly modifiable. Been cross country many times too living in Alaska with never an issue. As we speak, my freind in bc Canada 🇨🇦 is rebuilding an L20b I've had for 20yrs. Still like em at 64. Too boot, the most I've EVER paid for a vehicle is $1500 having it for 45 yrs. I get around by bicycle almost always. Good luck.

They are constant velocity carburetors from a yamaha R1 motorcycle. There is no fuel injection.

what year was the R1?.....the gauge that is there is for the fuel?..... what fuel pump you used? any fuel regulator?

jamz leu Yes sir! Just the header from ebay and I removed the big silencer box on the intake which sorta helped with the throttle response. And no straight pipe for this one xD It's currently on blocks in the garage. We did the clutch but it didnt fix the problem and now i need a new transmission :/
