Pilot Training Log Tutorial
I changed a couple things and forgot to mention one or two items in the video:
Notable changes/things I forgot to mention:
- Added an average RPE for the week to the totals sheet, color coded with the same conditional formatting as the day-to-day. These averages show up as errors until you fill in the day-to-day sheet because you can't divide by 0.
- Pain scales are conditionally formatted as well: 0-2 is green, 3-5 is white with red text, 6-10 is red with red text. Generally, 3/10 and above means the pain changes your stride and you probably shouldn't run.
