      Thanks so much. Mine is a 2019 and 2 WD so it didn't come with a skid plate. My understanding through all these comments on this is that if you have a skid plate it has to be removed and from what I've heard in the comments is it's a pain in the neck. No personal experience though with it. Best of luck. Hope you will subscribe and look forward to the next conversation. Quite a bit more Tundra content here. Thanks again.

    That looks like a pretty nice light. I recently bought the Ryobi 18v one. It’s pretty much everything I need it to be plus it only has one option. It’s either on or off, I don’t need to go through a series of options to get to the one I want. I kinda like it that way. I have a handful of other Ryobi tools so I have the batteries and chargers on hand. It won’t last as long as that Milwaukee though. Hope all is well. Go Navy

But I learned if they didn't make your shower entry with a slope down into the shower (like mine) it's only going to work so so. The one I bought after this was www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09Z72Q5XN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 and it's 1000X better but it doesn't have as clean of a look.

I found a baby rock.380 that's all steel and identical too a 1911 minus breech lock for $300 used but lnib. I did have to do some work, like a trigger job and polishing the trigger, hammer, and extractor, now it's beautiful, and 100% reliable. It's also my favorite edc right now. Oops my bad - I meant metal and not steel which is the hardest of metals and heavy and costly to produce. Using a novel polymerization process, MIT chemical engineers have created a new material that is stronger than steel and as light as plastic, and can be easily manufactured in large quantities.

    • @NorthCountryOutdoors522
      @NorthCountryOutdoors522 29 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @DadsGarageDIY yeah, my theory is its because in general, 1911's are heavier guns made for bigger calibers, and 9mm just doesn't have the energy to operate that slide properly. I'm a little bias though because im a sucker for being traditional, so if you get a 1911, .45acp Is the way to go. I love the 10mm round also but don't know much about the 1911's

    • @DadsGarageDIY

      @@NorthCountryOutdoors522 I have the same thoughts on 9mm in a 1911. You would think that the manufacturers would take that into account. I like the way the 45 1911's shoot a lot. I have such a big crush on the 10mm though. I currently have 2 1911's. 1 in 9mm and the other in 10mm.

    Do you use jack stands under your car with the ramps or just the ramps alone?

    • @DadsGarageDIY
      @DadsGarageDIY หลายเดือนก่อน

      I use ramps alone but using jack stands is definitely that smarter thing to do. I should use and would recommend. You can never be too safe. If you have a failure game over and you only get one try at the "game". Great question! Look forward to our next conversation.

    If you only got 11 days, I am wondering if your recliner has a USB port which is a constant drain even if not charging a phone or tablet. My new recliner arrives tomorrow and first thing I'll do is locate the USB power supply and disconnect that. And eventually maybe add a switch, but first of all, I will disconnect it. Can you tell me if my guess is correct? I would like to know! Thx!

    • @DadsGarageDIY
      @DadsGarageDIY หลายเดือนก่อน

      Mine does have usb ports but I have never used them. Now that the kids have moved out the battery lasted a little longer. I have now gone through a few more that will no longer charge. I'm tired of buying batteries and I'm now just running the cord across the floor and hoping not to trip. When I get another one I'm going to try one from my furniture store that I got the recliner from. He assured me his would last longer per charge and in general than these that I'm getting on Amazon. Please let me know how what you get and how it goes for you.

    I have an early edition Defender purchased in 1998. The current Defender is way better looking than mine with hi profile sights and standard Colt grip instead of Novak sights and beavertail grips on current Defenders. Yet, Colt advertised this firearm with Novak sights and beavertail grip back in 1998, so I was "fooled" as were many others. At least my Defender had 2 magazines with orange PVC coating on the magazine followers to show empty magazine or prevent the follower from "chewing" into the frame.
