what company do you work for that lets you stay at the four seasons?

Great question! Honestly both sides are great. Royal Barbados tends to have more of the nightlife on their side with the bowling alley and the entertainment stage, so the Barbados side tends to be quieter. Though the royal side also has rooms tucked away and isolated from the music. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with either side.

What month did you go? Was the weather cold or the ocean cold?
Hi, great question! We were there in August when we filmed this, so it was quite hot and the water was nice and warm
WHY are you wearing masks? instantly put me off of this video.
What time do you suggest getting up to save a spot ?
Great question! I usually would get up around 7 or 8am from my internal clock refusing to let me sleep in and head straight for the pool or beach and was always able to find a seat at that time. That said, other people had the same idea so don’t wait too long.
We are Diamond members with sandals but the one thing that bugs me is having to get up early for sunbeds unless you have butlers , for the price you pay you should not have to do this ! It is now happening at every resort, We are off to la toc and from what I’m reading it’s the worst 🙈🙈🙈I’ll just be heading to the club lounge once I’ve checked the pools and they can sort it out .
Blue Hawaiian was my fav at Royal Barbados. The wife liked Appleton rum and coke. 😷
Is it best to get butler suite on Sandals Barbados side
Thanks for watching! Hard to say as we didn’t get the butler room for this trip, but we have had a butler suite in the past, and I’d say it all depends on what kind of vacation you want to have.

Thanks for asking, it was the oceanview luxury room in the East Bay! We booked through a Black Friday promo they were having at the time so we showed up on resort not knowing what kind of room we’d have, but this was an excellent option for us.
Is there a need to exchange currancy or do they accept usd for tips? Is there shopping close by?
Hi, great question! They will happily accept USD as a tip, but if pesos are available easily for you they do appreciate using that instead. As for shopping, the resort is a short walk or cab ride from tons of shops and restaurants.
Is there private adult only pools? We are booked at dreams but if they are sharing the pools Im thinking to rebook under secrets!
Hi, thanks for watching! Adults booked on the Dreams side are free to go to the Secrets side as often as they wish, and everything on the Secrets side-pools, restaurants, etc-is adults only

“Drink the rainbow” 🌈 my takeaway from this video. 😂 I had a friend who wouldn’t drink alcohol in Mexico until 5PM but I love this one! I think I’ll adopt it when I go back to Mexico! 🙏 Was considering this for a solo trip (I’m a late 40’s male) but for the current price and the meals being hit or miss, I’m not so sure. And the resort seemed a little dead. Was considering a February trip and mosquitos LOVE me. 😢

Thanks for watching! We did not really do any exploring off-resort this time since we were there for the wedding. But others on resort told us the downtown area near the resort had a lot of good shops/restaurants/bars to try

I always find it amusing when people accuse the British of taking things from the people of other countries, and that we should give them back. Of course we never really see any videos where people say Americans should give everything back that they took from the Native Americans. Land and lives are far more important than things. But hey, it’s always the Brits isn’t it, every other country has never done anything wrong.
I was born and bred in London, ..We had a school visit to the tower of London..but who was there on that day?..Yuri Garin..the first man in space, the press was going nuts, I was about three feet away from him, he was a very small man with a very big hat..that's one of my memories of the tower of London..I have been a few times since and there is always something that you can see and be astonished by..with so much History

Great question! They do a different Black Friday promotion every year, and when we went and filmed this, we got an awesome discount. I'm not sure what the deals this year will be, so be sure to check the website.

What is it with Americans not using knives? I've never seen anyone eat a pie like that in a restaurant.
As evs, you paid for it and you can eat it as you wish. (Brit here). Obviously, not a good look in front of the monarch, archbishop of Canterbury, any dukes and duchesses etc.
Oh, the Bar Set. Go shopping and come home with a boot full of a bar that costs as much as the car.

Hello fellow DC-er! Each resort has its own personality and vibe, so it’s hard to pick a favorite, but this one is for sure incredible! The private island really set it apart for us.
Its very normal in Mexico to not receive a wash cloth. My wife and I always bring our own. Loved your review!

Booked Aug 30. I’m excited
Thank you for this, we are arriving this week and I have found so little on this Resort. We won the trip, so money was not the issue. We are used to more 5 star resorts, but looking forward to going "back to basics" with this one. Can you tell me about the internet? Was it included and how well did it work?
I hope you have so much fun! With regards to the wifi our room was pretty spotty. You will probably need to go to the front desk to ensure the connection, as it was not solid at all spots on resort

@@nancysabourin7297 yes, they’re warm so you won’t be freezing when you jump in but when it’s that hot out already at 8am a dip in the pool does wonders
Drink the rainbow! That's such a great idea! I always get tired of ordering the same 1-2 things and end up asking for something 'sweet and iced" haha but the colour theme is such a great and fun idea! I'm gonna steal this on our next vacation for sure :P

What drink is the sake going into when you do the sake bomb??? We will be headed to this resort in September - enjoyed all your food reviews!
Enjoy your trip, I think you’ll have a wonderful time! The sake bomb is a shot of sake dropped into a glass of beer. On resort, they have Kalik beer as the main option, so I believe that is what was used to make our sake bombs.
