What a nice idea to do a date earlier in the day! I am inspired by you and really need to kick my butt into gear and get to the gym. Suavitel smells so good. That’s a good idea to add PB2 to yogurt! I am listening to you talk about genetics and then you talk about to-do lists. Made me think of all my failed attempts at using a nice planner. I tried making them pretty, doing the stickers every week, buying cute ones off Etsy…I ended up wasting a lot of money and was bogged down with indecision and in turn it gave me anxiety. Now I just use a super plain, super basic notebook. But it’s funny because I’ve always wanted to BE that type planner lady and genetically I KNOW I am not capable. And I’m okay with that!

Direct deposit has always helped us save money. Some in the savings, so you never see it, & then a round number out of the ATM. I think when your mind thinks that’s the actual money you have to spend your decisions are more conscientious. I never carry credit card debt, if I can’t pay it off, I don’t use it. The interest rate is a trap.

We eat Spam occasionally. We just slice it, with the Spam slicer, yes they sell them 😂, fry it and make a sandwich with cheese and Miracle Whip.Any leftovers can be diced up and used in Mac N Cheese. My daughter uses grocery pickup and they have been either substituting or not having any substitutions. People better start stock up again, I think we are going into shortages again. Yes, mini me aka Finn does look like you. 😂

My migraines got out of control during “shark week”, but I was also having one every two weeks and I was using triple the products…it was awful! I got an ablation on 12/1 with no guarantee that it would work, but so far so good!🤞
