    Nice try. How many years does it take, on the average, to recoup costs? What percentage of efficiency drop will be experienced then(be honest, not a salesman) . When are you going to drop the "sustainable energy" moniker from solar, because it isn't. What are your margins in markup?

    In California that doesn’t apply at all, we just don’t have enough houses in the market, people literally take the house as is, they don’t care, I purchased and sold many houses and no one ever care about that

      yeah, that totally can be true! a few years ago it was like that where people we removing contingencies, buying as-is and offering their firstborn :) Last year we saw staging make more of an impact as buyer demand softened a bit, but if interest rates go down this year, it'll probably be a frenzy again.

    ONLY ONE REAL WAY over the past 30 years I have learned through an attorney long ago who said. Give me $3,000 and three months and he will be out. Abandonment Clause: Within your agreement and initialed at time of signing and deposits. If at any time the renter is in default and away from the property it is considered abandoned. At which time the property is considered abandoned the landlord or his assigns can change locks and reclaim said property.

      We don't think AI will take over, or if it does that real estate will cease to matter. AI is for sure gaining more prominence within transactions. But in context, we were just saying that there are some things that you just need a human for :)
