So I just got the stupid fucking error tonight after I upgraded my GPU and wanted to test it out. I was playing around with a video settings and now it completely corrupted my whole dumbass emulator so I'm doing a system restore now.

thanks, after setting to win8 compatibility (last step) retroarch finally launched properly. retroarch started crashing after i exported all the amiga ROMs from amiga forever.
