Um. I distinctly remember hearing in previous years (a good number of years ago) when they said we would wake up in the same vibrational state we went to sleep in. I want to think better thoughts, but I feel so wired to do otherwise. I'll think about what I'm grateful for, and then what I'd like/my goals, but then what? I try to be present but I then get bored (like when on my commune to work) Anyone with a positive mindset, what sort of thoughts do you think that aren't manifesting things, dreaming of a good future, or going over what your grateful for?

The Challenge is that the “bad/ normal” Feeling also Feels Good!! It’s a different good but that familiarity also Feels good! So the work is recognizing WHICH OF THE TWO Feeling Good is the True Good Feeling, not the familiar good. 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 and fast. Because those moments happen relatively quickly . 🤔. It’s definitely Work. It’s like training a beast. But LIFE FEELS so much better when you consciously pay attention to wanting things to Feel good within yourself but how can I do it faster? I can reflect back in situations and recognize where I was vibrationally and which Good feeling was I responding to .. the known ? Or New. I think that something New will always Feel strange at first because it’s precisely just that. New. How can I recognize the Good “Good Feeling”faster is my question ? 🤷🏻‍♀️😂🙏🏼🥰

I give thanks for every simple things and the basics things in life, air we breath, my bed. roof over my head, food in our fridge, drinking water..etc, etc..
