I asked this company for a full list of ingredients in their products, and they refused to provide it. I purchased products from Aroma 360, and not only was there no ingredients list available, but after burning one of their candles, it emitted a black, toxic-like smoke. This is a proven sign of poor combustion and potentially harmful chemicals. When I asked the simple question -what the candles are made of - they refused to answer. Why would they? This raises serious red flags. Paraffin wax added most likely. To make matters worse, their scented oils caused the bottom of a plastic container I stored them in to disintegrate after just a few weeks. This is deeply concerning! And again, they were unwilling to disclose its ingredients. They claimed their products are IFRA-compliant, but this means very little, specially in the US where we all know the regulations still allow deadly ingredients to be part of the products sold to consumers. Neither the FDA nor IFRA require companies to disclose their ingredients, unlike the EU, for example, where full transparency is mandatory. Fragrances and parfums can contain harmful toxins, including carcinogens, and without disclosure, consumers are left in the dark about what they’re exposing their families to. I will no longer buy from Aroma 360 and cannot recommend their products to anyone. I have reported this company to the consumer protection authorities, including the FTC and EPA. Transparency is non-negotiable to me, especially for products people burn in their homes and inhale daily with their families, children, and friends. Even more troubling, this company has deleted my complaints in social media instead of addressing them. This kind of behavior is both shady and dishonest. As a once-loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed with them. Stay away from companies that operate like this.
