So are you a worker co-op?
This is the first I've heard of a worker co-op. Is that similar to an employee-owned company? Employee Supremacy is a company run by a leadership team where the leadership team prioritizes the needs of the employees above all else and particularly above the needs of the shareholders when it comes to decision-making and benefits. The contrast is a Shareholder Supremacy company where the leadership team prioritizes the needs of the shareholders above all other stakeholders.

I don't see another comment, but I am not convinced I should watch more. This seems like liberal nonsense to me. I want no boss. Unless this is about employees actually owning the means of production I'm not interested.
