How to Train a Dog to Sit
This is a super simple way I taught my Belgian Malinois, Wendy, to sit as a puppy. She's obviously not a puppy anymore, yet this technique worked really well for us and is the baseline of a lot of other tricks I've taught her.
I am not a professional trainer. I just watched a lot of videos, did a lot of trial and error, talked to professionals and this is what worked for us. It's also worked for friends I've shared it with. Hopefully it will work for you too.
We believe a well trained and happy dog makes a comfortable and safe home.

What do you do with the residue?
Great summary! Thank you for making this!
I have a rigid multi used tool any videos on that certain brand
Thanks, i got a project to complete soon and this helped make my mind up!
extremely useful video with almost no views
Why is that an experiment? MDF is cellulose/wood fiber board, polyurethane goes in wood. I use oil-based, however. No water to mess with the MDF in any way, plus it soaks up a lot of the finish deeply. 3:18 but you figured that out You can also pour it on, trowel it to spread it quickly, and wet backbrush it for the first two coats. Brush or spray the third for a buffable finish.
Kisses tool. I subscribe. Love is love! 💖
❤🤤 handsome
What you experienced on the first coat was fiber pop. MDF is an interior only product. It’s usually produced at 48 lb. density. The higher densities at 55 lb. Is used on thinner products for floors, that is known as moisture resistant and not water proof.
borrowed this from a friend & couldn’t figure out how to turn it on so thank youuuu!!!!!
I may have missed it but is it waterproof now? I was thinking of using MDF as ab outside worktable to milling sheet wood etc.
Don’t use it on exteriors, it will not hod up, no matter what you seal it with.
Where u get the sponges u are using I've been looking for theese ones
Just got the same one yesterday. Was in a pinch, had to cut a receptacle in and found a horizontal 2x4 in the way. Got it done with the blade provided. Could you make another video on how to use it, set the tools in, and sander attachments. I believe you'll get more views and likes. Good vid though.
Strong man to lift the toilet in one piece.
Ca nay?
I have some boards I used for fabric cutting tables of 48 by 72 inches and they are about an inch thick. The board top has water stains and scuffs. Do you think they could be “saved “ cleaned and make them look like new again ?
MultiTool is what im using tomorrow
Love it
Wtf my release lever does nothing, i can't get the blade in...
Good video
Ok, so it cuts…. What about scrapes? I have wooden steps going into my garage from the house, they were covered with foam backed carpeting that was glued down. When I went to pull it all up, in many places where the glue was thick it left a big mess of glue and foam carpet backing. Will the multi tool with a certain attachment allow me to scrape this away? Thanks!
They actually do have a scraper attachment. I've never used it. Let me know how it goes. It should work, as the oscillating action will warm up the glue.
Great video! Answered my questions.
So glad to hear that. Thank you for watching!
Umm. Teak Oil does not come from Teak trees.
Where does it come from?
@@EverythingHouse Linseed and Tung Oil blend. When you think about it, why would you need to apply Teak oil back to the wood that produces it?
Thank you very much
Anytime
Thanks but I like your eyes 😊
Thank you, you're too kind.
Great information. Thank you!
Thank you for watching. We really appreciate it!
Sooo...do you boil the vinegar?
No, after 30 minutes of letting the vinegar sit you want to dump it. Then put fresh water and boil that to remove everything that was loosened by the vinegar. Hope that helps.
@@EverythingHouse Thanks for the reply.
If nothing else, I now know how to cut grass.
Took me second to get it. Happy to help 😂
I was watching that guy, so your unexpected comment cracked me up!
Stay away from Water based finishes on MDF. I like 50% Poly With 50% Mineral Spirits. Thin enough to Really bite into the Mdf
That's great advice dude.
Simple and to the point!
Thank you for watching
My kettle has brown lines in the bottom is it even safe to use anymore.. i dont what i did to create them
If the vinegar doesn't get them out I wouldn't continue to use it. I'm not sure what mineral would cause brown staining. Sorry I don't know more.
Good for cutting hard to reach PVC pipes too...like u say u can find a blade to do about anything..thanks!
It's awesome
I save my yogurt containers, sour cream containers, jars and things like that. I also save my mardi gras cups we catch at parades (I live in Louisiana). thanks for your video
That'll do it
What do use if u not got filted water p.s am hard water area in the uk 🤔🤔
Is there a way to fine tune the blade orientation to make sure that it is parallel to the fence?
The only way to do it is to loosen the screws to the bracket that holds the fence, make the minor adjustment, then retighten. Being a mobile saw, it may get out of alignment once in awhile, bid you want to be truer than say a 64th, I'd check it often.
bruhhh u need to fix that table under the TV is what ya need to do 😂 good video otherwise
😂 we got rid of that IKEA pos a long time ago.
I use wipe on poly on MDF all the time! .... Works like a charm!! .... Used it on new router table top that I made for my JessEm Rout-R-Lift just this morning!
Fantastic! It's great stuff.
Great summary! Just the right level of information I was looking for.
Glad it was helpful!
Papa Bless
Marco's hot
Thanks boo
I use the hand soap tablets in a store bought automatic dispenser and it foams MUCH better. But the store bought dispenser is much smaller than the Blueland. Like 10-12 oz of water and I still use a full tablet.
Tool rest official name is called a banjo. The tool rest base that the rest actually sits in. Just fyi.
Thanks man
I can think of hundreds of times this tool would have saved me so much time and effort. I’m 60 and thought do I really need it. Then I find myself finishing another basement with a full kitchen and a 3 car garage after that and I said yes I want it.
It's the best. I call it my light saber.
I really liked your video. I'm trying to find out how to train my dog not to bark at everything going on outside my fence, and train how to obey and other things.
Natasa is amazing with Wendy. I should tell her to make more videos.
I can make more videos on what worked with Wendy. When it comes to obeying it's important the dog knows you are the parent in charge and you will keep them safe. If they feel you're not consistent or they need to be charge to protect you, they won't listen or respect you. I did this through play, confident body language and tone, and consistency. If I gave a command she had to do it, even if it took 5 or more minutes. Eventually she learned, "ugh this woman won't give in. I'll just listen so we can move on." Haha
Oops I replied under my personal account. It's me, Natasa, who replied above 😂
Place a paper towel or small towel inside the pot and then place the jar on top. It will prevent the jar from moving and possibly breaking.
Melt the fats in the microwave and mix in the dry ingredients
Thanks for the tip!
That's definitely an option as well. Probably much faster.
Thanks so much!
If we have to let the mineral spirits settled before we can reuse it, is it safe to leave it in that little cup from the video? It seems like it would eat through that plastic.
Never had a problem and I forgot the cup filled for like a year.
@@EverythingHouse Thanks for getting back to me 🤣
3 coats of shellac, followed by 2 coats of PU varnish worked for me.
Nice
Hubby is gorgeous as are your hands🤪. Love you
it’s me ,uncle J, from South Carolina
Hahaha I was like, "man, internet people are interesting. But he's not wrong." 😂 Love you!
The mesh filter tore apart after a year. Is there any spare for it?
Hi! I did a quick search because I'm not sure. I didn't see anything on Amazon or their site. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
I’m having this same issue, can’t find a replacement
try calling the manufacturer to see if they have a replacement... that is what my SIL did
