Nah khameleon’s the most nerfed kameo, every move she has has been nerfed and she got an hp nerf. Strikers grenades got buffed to launched, and his rest and is plus, which was a buff. Also havik/mavado is the strongest team rn imo

The most broken character right now, is Havik. He wasn't meant to be top tier, therefore, he had options that were broken from the start. NRS didn't adjust those perameters properly, and now Havik is literally busted. We all knew Havik had top tier potential, that reality just came true.
