I am a wildlife photographer and absolute fan of being out in nature. I use this channel to capture and keep a record of wildlife encountered on my travels both in the UK and further afield.
I have a real passion for encountering and photographing wildlife and being out there either in search of, or with the amazing animals I come across, plays a massive part in my health and wellbeing. I hope you enjoy the content I put on here and please consider liking and sharing the channel so I can grow my following and share more of my escapades.

มุมมอง 873หลายเดือนก่อน
I headed to Alkborough Flats in North East Lincolnshire on a Sunday morning to see, and hopefully photograph, Bearded Reedlings for the first time. Did I manage it? Also a surprise stop off at Goosemoor Nature Reserve on the way home, where the male Sparrowhawk paid me another visit. I hope you enjoy this video as much as I did making it. This is my first with 'pieces to camera' - please be kin...

Northern Gannets at RSPB Bempton Cliffs
มุมมอง 1243 หลายเดือนก่อน
I've made no secret about the fact that I absolutely adore RSPB Brampton Cliffs in East Yorkshire. It is, for me, the primary location for sea birds in the UK and I implore anyone and everyone with an interest in nature and wildlife to pay it a visit. The facilities are excellent and the seabirds and other wildlife are an absolute joy to behold. I hope you enjoy this little video I made of my d...

An afternoon at RSPB Ham Wall
มุมมอง 1167 หลายเดือนก่อน
Spent the afternoon down at @RSPBvideo Ham Wall in Somerset. Thanks to encouragement by @RichardBirchett and @danwillis_photography I decided to pop this little video together to give others an insight into what I see when I visit certain locations. I will certainly try my hand at more in the future that's for sure. The only downside to today? Not bumping into Dan Willis while I was there! Dan ...

My first video upload! I've never attempted a video of any sorts, so please be kind!! Wow what a weekend I've just had in south west Scotland. The wife and I are headed across the pond next week with a tour group from south MIssissippi. We are ardent birders. Your beautiful photos have been very helpful! I have our 'Birds of Ireland' (Dempsey and O'Cleary) open and reading up on each specie in your photos. I appreciate that you waited a bit before posting the names. Gave me time to attempt identification. We will be in Co. Down on Aug 13. Taking a ferry from Portaferry to Strangford. We will be in Co Lough - but in the city of Belfast. Not sure how much bird time we will have. Pretty structured touring day August 12. Titanic experience and a 'panoramic tour of Belfast with a local guide'. Perhaps there will be a park with a nature trail close to the hotel. We will be at the Giants Causeway on August 11. Very excited to visit all of the northern half of Ireland! Thank you for the good work that you do.
That's really kind of you, thank you. Hope you had a great time over there! :)
Great video , Gannets are stunning birds.
