INTERVIEW - Astronomers (L-R) Anthony Wesley and Phil Miles
I'm not far from these areas- I'm so sorry to those who lost homes in this fire. Is devastating to see this.....❤
The spurring of those blokes of saddle bronc and bare back was bloody unreal. Best I have seen. Also loved the Bull Rider who was blessed.
Cowboy flogs, a lot of them are weirdos and that’s why they like bouncing around on a bull or horse.
From an old cowboy team roper very cool to see this in Australia
Poor bugger
Looks like a a lot of fun!
That's so sad - poor man
Each mob or community already have organisations which conduct business funding grants. These organisations are the real groups who should be reporting back to Canberra on what mobs and community see as achievable priority issues for their part of Country. 3 montly reporting in to Canberra to the Aboriginal affairs minister to take these reports to parliament. I'm a 4th generation Australian, served my country and my kids are 5th gen. Having an unloded recognition that the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islands stating they were the original custodians of the land needs to be in the constitution as an acknowledgement and statement of fact. As a 4th generation Australian I don't believe these sins of the past should blanket us as race devided country. I love my country, she can become a handful at times and a bit rough on all of us. Now more than ever correct concise information is needed to move Australia and its people forward. The VOICE was not the answer. Community engagement and communication is the way forward. 1 step at a time
Ivan is an achiever, being owner Elim Beach holiday park Pty Ltd, director of Yuuru Aboriginal Corp, CEO of the ‘Hopevale Congress Aboriginal Corp’ and director & secretary of CYTOG Pty Ltd, Nambal Resources/quarries Pty Ltd and Thuugaar mining & resources Pty Ltd.
What really needs to happen is end the ‘sit down money’ not suddenly, but replace it with incentives and support to get good ideas off the ground, ideas that can support themselves. Let the communities decide and remove the ‘middlemen’ and uni ‘experts’ that meddle and decide ‘policy’ in communities. $30 billion doesn’t simply evaporate every year…..it’s siphoned off by the ever spinning government machine and it’s layers of bureaucracy…..People like Noel Person who has profited personally at the expense to communities on the cape….I do like the idea to plan for 20 years ahead.
Send this recording to Jacinta
It’s exactly what Warren Mundine and Jacinta Price are saying. There needs to be a system where community leaders like this guy are provided with assistance to develop a town plan for their own particular wants and needs, then teach them how to implement it. Provide them with the wherewithal and let them get on with it
I wish them all the best from Australia 👍
I used to work with Ivan about 15 years ago. I aways found him to be a great bloke.
Very well said but things will change without the activists and rich people causing trouble To get rich
Another good interview, keep them coming.
Interesting to hear from a level headed spokesperson in one of these incentivised welfare communities. Completely disagree with his take on teaching them how to kick to become footy players, so short sighted. Statistically you are not going to make $2M as a sportsperson, you cant all be AFL players, artists rappers or activists. Education in fields where there is an industry that needs you as an employee to strengthen the economy is what is required none if this wishy washy you can be anything you want when you grow up bullshit.
well said. The scariest words on the face of this earth "Hi, I'm from the Government and I'm here to help"
"Voice is a pseudo government, we don't need another government alongside the government" paraphrasing, dude knows what's up.
@@RangoYep I see the voice as an executive / labour stealth branch of government that can be used by labour to perpetually stay in power thru executive rule of unelected faceless individuals.. It would technically be the end of democracy.. they would have infinite vexatious claims against any opposition.
This government has created many second class citizens of all backgrounds with their incompetence.
Drop the profanity, get your people to actually take the opportunities available to everyone else, living from Centrelink to the bottle shop is not the answer. A little leadership and example from your 'elders' and advocates would go a long way instead of you contributing a large percentage of petty criminals, car thieves and vagrants to society which does nothing for your status. The Australian population owe you NOTHING especially when 40 Billion dollars are spent annually on Aboriginal 'welfare'. Stop living in the past and join the reality that we all have to live!
Spot on Uncle ,too good
Government and bureaucrats are only init for themselves
Let’s face it, no one’s educated on general life issues
We need skills, Reading, writing and arithmatic. Not Government interference.
I think all of us Aussies from wherever originally could learn a lot from each other. A blend of old tradition and new skills. I truly appreciate what you said. People want to be self sustainable instead of having a government that doesn't listen anyway try to dictate or manipulate. Hope you and your family are well mate
But how do you get all of those things? Either some form of private or public system requiring funding or donations which have to come from somewhere? Seems to me like the government is somewhat required but unwanted...
@@jakerault8616 yes it the same for any of us who went to public schools Tafe college etc. Most of us who did an apprenticeship in Australia had training influenced or paid for by the government. We didn't need a referendum or to be handed a whole heap of handouts. We weren't used as a political platform either
@@jakerault8616 education is ; Reading, Writing and Arithmetic. Not Rocket Science or Some Weird Agenda being taught these days. Sports and Outdoors Lessons are Important to hold the interest of young minds.
Yes, educate and everything should fall into place.

She is far from a superstar. Yes, she may be an actress but Superstar status is earned. Her roles did not support the title of your headline. No bad feelings, but she wasn't given roles in films that gave her global success worldwide or even in India.
She is look like Dia Mirza Bollywood Actress
Both are half-white Indians
Wasn't a superstar but well known enough and this is a cute human interest story.
Personally, I prefer the old Kalkadoon park instead of this American Arena style with chairs, I'd rather be sittin of the grass like we used to
Mount isa is know for the best rodeo
@@eamon4851 i rode at Mt Isa way back in 1999,2000, 2001, and had a ball, but that was at the old Kalkadoon park, I'm not a fan of the stadium style set up they have now lol
Evelyn is so hot and sexy
She was a little known starlet. Not famous at all in India.
She was just a side actress never a bollywood star
In last 10 years, Nepotism and Groupism killed many talents. This actress is one of them.
She can NOT be compared to legends like MADURI DIXIT! KARISHA KAPOOR, ETC!
THERE ARE MANY BOLLYWOOD I DONT CARE BUT THIS WOMAN IS BEAUTIFUL AND HAS CHARISMA.. SHES HALF GERMAN AND HALF INDIAN
🤔 𝚙𝚛𝚘𝚖𝚘𝚜𝚖
She is not a Bollywood superstar. That would be Deepika Padukone. I never knew about Evelyn until Australian channels talked about it. I don't know why Australian media is madly publicising her, doesn't make any sense. Why is Australian media not publicising Hollywood actors that moved to Australia? Fake accent, all seems to be made up. Entire rubbish.
SHES BEAUTIFUL AND HAS CHARISMA
@@joytine6548 What dose that got to do with the comment K I wrote above
Because she does not look indian
Evelyn Sharma is one of the lost opportunity for Bollywood.
Lol she isn't a superstar. She acted in like 3 movies. No one even knows her name
Which is many time more if you compare with Hollywood as each actor, actress do only 4 to 5 film per year.....and let me remind you, she was in many movies and acted as side character, which is not small feet in itself. My guess is, she mainly did modeling.
