Everyone knows protein is important, but which specific amino acids are really needed? No use overloading on an amino that you don't need but more specific ones that diets are lacking.
Zero difference in any aspect of my fitness journey on protein powder. Creatine is the only supplement that works for me.
When i was 21 i took protein powder and through Oreos and ice cream in it. Im 38 now. After it slowed my metabolism down, im up 230lbs. I used to whey 130. You GOTTA workout if you're gonna used this stuff. My mom took muscle milk without working out. Now shes big as a house 😂

I do a mix of both, two scoops of vegan plant base protein with amino acids, then I mix in two healthy scoops of peanut butter some almond milk and frozen strawberries and bananas with a splash of vanilla extract and oats for fiber

Since you only use 15% of protein powder, it's much smarter to get protein in the form of ground beef, steak and eggs, of which 45% is used. Why would I want to take 150 grams of protein powder to get the same as 50 grams of red meat or eggs?
