It’s always a possibility, thankfully we’re smart enough to stay home when we are sick so we were in quarantine before quarantine was a thing 🤣
What’s their condition?
hey flint fam your daughters remind of a rare disorder called san flippo syndrome. a feature with the syndrome is dark eye brows and devolopmental delays it is very rare only a few people in the world are diagognosed with it worldwide not much is known about it. when they were really little did they have a regression of their skills. usaluly with san flippo they loose the ability to walk talk and have seizures and bad scoliosis i think you guys should reasearch it and talk to people about they look like they have it

They exhibit a sorta melting pot for a lot of syndromes but don’t meet all the criteria to be diagnosed. Very challenging to work with not that we want a true diagnosis but we would like to have some insight for prognosis and such.

Katia Tannus don’t ever feel bad for asking! That’s why we have this channel :) For a brief synopsis they have an extremely rare genetic condition that effects them both so rare it doesn’t even have a name yet. We actually have on our to do list a video coming that goes more in detail of the girls and their condition, and the challenges the face. We would love for you to stay tuned and tune in to that!

After having been beside you in one of those IEP meetings I too was in shock in terms of how poorly the public system was to help the Flintlets, but you did an amazing job sheltering me from just how hard you were struggling. Your strength amazes me and I am proud of you!
