Thanks for the video, Dan. I've also tweaked the hangars on SG+s to get better contact by bending an arc in to the back of the hangar. One of my buddies will take a sharp finishing nail and drive it through the hangar which creates a flared "mushroom" around the hole that "digs in" to the endbell contact.

Nice vid and very helpful. Just in time too as i noticed that my left side shoe spring is on the opposite(or wrong side)and needs to be moved. Like how they are easily hooked.

I have some 440x2 cars and I like the way they run. We’re racing NASCAR bodies as stock as possible. It would be awesome if someone made an updated aftermarket chassis Wink wink

My cars easily run at 7 amps per car so I am really not sure how he can run even 2 cars at a time with a 10 amp supply. I can't do it .

Back in the day we would run the car and put a lighter under the rear axle to mesh the gears better.

I’ve been grabbing the nascar ones up when my local hobby shop has them and on my small D oval, we love running them 100% stock. Stock tires in front and rear. I wish I could get stock replacements since most front tires are cracked and rears are replaced with silicone. We want stock rubber.

How about making some new, high quality replacement bare chassis?? Some are just no longer available or easy to get. I would like to see the 440x2. I Would also like a new magnatraction replacement chassis. Not like the garbage, autoworld is making. Also a super G. Basically a repop, of the cars that ruled in the 70's & 80's.

Love the 440x2s. 90% of my cars are 440x2 wides. Still reasonably priced and imminently tunable with plenty of replacement and hop up parts readily available.

Could you please tell me why you do not recommend “ free rev the car” on the track. I’m sure you have a reason but I will have to explain to a very curious 10 year old.

We need a replacement oem style wide pan and narrow x2 chassis.

A few twists along with a few straights and no mags make for some great racing. Sometimes it's better to just slow down. I'd love to see some viper brass non mag gravity type cars come out in the future.

I have some 3mm RGB's with the built in diode. Also Red ,white ,blue and green I used to wire them into my quadcopter builds. Think I will do some experimenting.
