shake your foot really hard like your doing the hokeypokey and if you feel the fluid sloshing around usually on too of your foot it can be a sign of a broken bone or edema from strain of the heart if it gets any worse call a doctor or go to work have them look at it cause it could be a serious cardiac issue I have hypertension before I got it I would get headaches and I tried to run thinking this would . make me feel better and it made my foot swell my Dr told me I shouldn't run so hard just take it slow walk really fast but no more running full speed for like 10 min also drink water and elevate the leg

i have found as a doctor that sometimes it helps if you have a well educated friend that you can use as a sounding board to just bounce your reflections off of i use my best friend if I have any new people in my life or if I find myself in a situation where I need saving from a situation ... point of the story if you need someone to talk to I am here at your disposal :)

It's hard to stay with a job that you can no longer grow with. It's awesome that you have knowledge about events, etc. if I had an event planning company I would totally hire you!
