So, I believe you are taking this out of context. I am married to a woman who was divorced. God is a God of mercy and forgiveness, and I don't think the Lord would want anyone to be miserable for the rest of their lives because they made a mistake and married the wrong person.

[11] But if she does, she must remain unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband. And a husband must not divorce his wife. Which part of the WORD of God is out of context? I am not stating my opinion. We do not have to speculate about how God "THINKS". Do we get to pick and choose the parts of the Word that are convenient? Then, corrupt the flock to justify our peace of mind? God will surely judge harshly. Our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus, along with all the disciples, lived miserable lives as the CARNAL world judges. 1Samuel 15-22 Samuel said, “Hath the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as in "OBEYING THE VOICE OF THE LORD? " Behold, "TO OBEY IS BETTER THAN SACRIFICE", and to hearken than the fat of rams. John 8:11 She said, “No one, Lord.” And Jesus said to her, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.” REPENT AND GO AND SIN NO MORE. What I understand is that it's her first marriage and his second. According to the Word of God, that is adultery. God hates divorce, and he should pray for reconciliation of his first marriage or stay single until his first wife dies. Christ Jesus said that because your heart is hard, Moses permitted divorce because the jews were insistent. So can a hard heart know God, be pleasing to Him and enter into His Kingdom? I'm just confused also..

Matthew 5:32 specifically calls out sexual immorality as grounds for exception. His ex wife was guilty of sexual immorality on multiple accounts. GOD encourages us to forgive all that we can. He also tells us to be wise. She would not change despite all his efforts.

So for Murielle, this is her first marriage. Winfield had a failed marriage and through perseverance and prayer, met Murielle, and now they have a beautiful family together.
