Thank you for your candid comments about your quality control issues with your bike and Aventon's poor customer service. I was about to pull the trigger on a Soltera 2 and I've decided not to. Please let us know if Aventon takes care of you.

There is a local bike shop that sells and services them near me. You might want to look for one, or any bike shop, in your area and talk with them. Just a thought.

This is a great bike, I have a bunch of Aventon Soltera videos on my channel. That’s a bummer that you are having so much trouble with the bike tho. It will be interesting to see what happens with your 3rd bike
