They're pomegranates. Boons are what the gods give you, that the poms can upgrade. How is double gem reward a scam? it's literally twice as much as you can normally get. You get a boon that boosts gem gain and then don't pick gems? why?? You get a vengeful mood duo which makes revenege boons happen automatically & you DON'T take the chill revenge from Demeter??? 🙃 TWICE??? yes, you are supposed to see that scene before beating Hades for the first time and meeting your mom but chat was correct it is a flashback it says "Earlier" at the top when it starts and it's in sepia tone to imply it's the past. that scene explains why you're escaping in the first place so it has to take place before your very first run at the beginning of the game.

Gonna start watching this series.... The fact that there's only three vods versus the amount Witcher has makes me wonder if he finished it fast or if there's less content

Decided to watch Seagull play through the DLC instead of playing it myself because Outer Wilds gives me the worst motion sickness in all my years gaming. I clutched my gut through 20+ hours of base game and I just can't bring myself to play this game anymore. Just the sight of my Ship Log makes me nauseous after so many hours feeling it while playing. It sucks since I like this game a lot

Finished this. Man. What a trip. Really unfortunate that he didn't decide to do the other route with the Unseen Elder, even though he said he would. I arrived at the same ending too, where both the duchess and Syanna died. I wanted to try everything, and I felt like I played it pretty naturally and organically the same way he did and got the "worst ending". So, bad writing on the devs part more or less. I also felt like Annarietta was super dumb in her decision despite being warned. This would gross out the player.

Ever since the newest patch came out I wonder how different his playthrough would be if he had played it now. He has mods downloaded so I guess it wouldn't matter as much. The newest patch has auto apply for oils, and food is nerfed to the ground
