CVS is worst… period! In every area!

You have to keep calling until you get someone who goes above. If not, you will get new hires who has atttitude. Cvs will hire anyone and everyone who has no skills. I trained someone who thought i said tranny but i said trainees. Another rep fell asleep on the phone and hang up on pt. I dislike cvs and do not believe in medication. Its posion.

Cvs will lie to the employees and never give thwm updated then gets mad at the employee for not know. Many were fired for stupid reason. I was hired as a capl taker then qas "promoted" to a trainer after one month of working there still woth no knowledge. Didnt get a raise but was expected to work like a dog.

What ia the review? How were you before and after meds?

This company is both supplier and insurer which should be illegal! What happened to antitrust laws? They make up their own rules! SMH!

My favorite (TODAY, as I have been dealing with them practically EVERY DAY for the last SIX WEEKS): received a text asking me to call them about Rx CL (literally, they must think it’s protecting my privacy not to know what drug/equipment/supply they want me to call them about). I’ve spent two hours talking to everyone from pharmacist to warehouseman and NO ONE knows why they wanted me to call and what CL is!!!!!!! Meanwhile, a nurse is here (sent by CVS:Corum through CVS: Specialty) who did not bring a blood pressure cuff and had to leave the patient to go buy one!!!!!!!!!

Are you still on this medication? I think the flushing and GI issues scare me.

I was given 2 options- Tecfidera and Cladribine.. I think I’ll pick Tecfidera. Thanks for the video :)

been on it for 8 years. yes got the gi sideeffects lasted for a about 2 weeks. it was terrible! but i wanted an oral pill after being on injections since 16 year old. Relapsing remitting here. Doing wonderful! and no new lesions all these 8 years.

Tecfidera is cool. I've been on it for about 10 years by now (the first three years were on the trial). Now, it's too pills per day. When I started, it was six per day - two in the morning, to at mid-day and two in the evening. :-) By the way, I also was on Rebif for five years before that. I traveled with it sometimes, once even to the U.S. And I didn't even HAVE any alcohol swabs and all that. It is my knowledge that you don't have to disinfect when you are injecting yourself, only when you're injecting someone else, because your skin bacteria would be foreign to that other person, while you yourself are used to them already. That's what I was told, and I never had any issues in these five years (only that Rebif stopped working in the end.)

Hello dear, I’ve had MS since 2013 prescribed Gilenya & I was taking up til last yr 3/2019 due to a reason I rather not state publicly. Well I was switched to Copaxone, my dr thinks I need to be on something a stronger & wants to switch me to Tecfidera or Rebif. I’m doing a lil quick research I’d love to hear an update now that it’s been a couple yrs. 😁

CVS Specialty (edit, ) Ugh.

I was given the information that a doctor can call directly using the number 855-240-0536. I would encourage fax and traceable correspondence if not having the call recorded. Might seem extreme but the manufactured hoops to get their insured to pay full price while they drag their feet with these authorizations. Get an person in your doctors office in your pocket. They are the people who can fight for you.
