I'd honestly have to go with the regular Shotgun. While I do love the Riot Gun for its stats and the Striker for its very high ammo cap (and ditman glitch), the regular Shotgun is free during the village area. Plus the exclusive is like a shotgun with long range

Then the terror hidden from the fog at the start of the path comes... About four villagers emerge from the fog. Subtle, but by far fucking scary. Moments like these are far between in modern horror games. Damn this game is something else.
