When I retrained myself to leave social media behind and focus on having a more present lifestyle the hardest part for me to give up was caring what others thought of me. Teaching myself that I didn’t have to exist in this world to impress anyone anymore. How I feel about myself is good enough. It does get so much better. You can leave social media behind.
