The PS Vita and Nintendo Switch are the best consoles for otomes, and this is coming from a guy who doesn't play otomes, but does know a lot about Japanese romance VNs/dating sims. I would also put the PSP, asweel but most of the otomes there aren't officially localized and are mostly Japan exclusive. Two I would recommend picking up and playing for your PS Vita that aren't otomes are Kud Wafter and Jikkyou Powerful Pro Yakyuu 2018. The former is a very very adorable and wholesome romance visual novel with a sweet story and beautful and colorful art and character design. It is also on Switch, but I recommend playing it on Vita instead due to the portablity and ease of the system and its small and compact design is great for playing Kud Wafter compared to the Switch's larger at least for OLED version) form factor. Plus, the physical version for the Vita looks more attractive and better for your collection due to being small and super blue, which is a great fit for the cover art of the game The latter is a fun little baseball game that is pretty fun and addictive, but it also had some modes like Success, Pawafes and Eikan Nine (the former features little to know baseball gameplay and is more like a VN, the middle is more like a board game type of mode, and latter is known for being very simple, but super fun and addictive). The game is also on PS4, but this game is also a perfect fit for the Vita due to the baseball segments and gameplay being great in short bursts with the Vita's small screen and portability. Also the success mode character designs shine brightly and stand out in the Vita's OLED screen. Besides, I probably think that you don't own a PS4 (or PS5) and are more a handheld type of gamer based on the videos I have seen from you. I hope you find my recommendation interesting to you and I really hope you'' consider buying and playing them one day! You will have a great and fun time!
