that lake is shit now.... last time i was there some wannabe cholo guy said i was "fishing in his spot" and demanded i move. lake patrol came did told the guy what he was doing was wrong, but didnt bother sticking around to enforce anything. as soon as they left the group decided to assault me. i pepper sprayed them alll and give them the chance to retreat before being shot. if i didnt have my ccw on me i probably woulda been jumped to death just for trying tro fish.... the lake employees did nothing about it. they cracked a joke and that was it. ghetto crowd, shitty fishing, fake fish stocking, zero rule enforcement. imagine getting there early to have a good day fishing, getting assaulted, and zero fucks given by the staff. this lake is straight trash now. hopefully when it happens to you, you dont get shot or stabbed. i will never ever go back, and ill make sure to keep anyone i know from going there as well. sad because i grew up going to that lake, was friends with one of owners (my nieghbor), and was on the crave team once upon a time lol. mike used to live in his trailer there and hook em up for me when i was young. this lake has gone wayyyy downhill, dont waste your time

If you have to do this again, harbor freight sells a heat gun for roughly $10 that would literally melt your skin off in seconds. Congrats on the new kayak man! I know a lot of guys chest mount their gopro for a forward view and have a camera near the back of the kayak to get a full view of the fight. I think the extra effort gives a better viewer experience. Keep up the videos can't wait to see more vids on the yak!

Nice video and congrats on the new 'yak. Start off slow and get used to being in a kayak first. Then you can start adding to it when you figure out what you need. Get an assortment of bungees and lash everything down.

Get an anchor. Important if you don’t want to drift off a good spot.

The forward facing rod holder will be your most favorite accessory lol. Get a few scooty rod holders for the rails. Fish finder is pretty easy to install and also includes a transducer mount on the bottom. That rear hatch is not used much. I have the battery for my bait tank in there. Also helps to run cables since theres also a hatch in the front. Enjoy man. Subbed
