I agree, the dark green is the best but at the time when I started collecting the pieces I had enough to make it in dark red. I am hoping to get all the pieces this year.

Specifically the south African trains. Definitely yes.

They are beautiful builds but I would say get the cars you like rather than collecting them all.

I agree, but it's very weird as some new trains have the plastic pins while others have the steel axle

I find that the more pulleys you have it starts to twist the hook when there is no load so I have kept it simple. But on the other hand if you do the mod you can do 3 sheaves and you can post some pictures.

There a few things I want to do as well to add that extra touch. Will probably slowly over time make a few changes but I think they did a pretty good job compared to previous cranes

@@BOBs_bricks definitely’ it’s great to be getting a giant crane out of LEGO for once that actually matches up with the same size of the minifigure’s other than the big Technique ones’ and it has more than enough play features that come with it’s
