If you're ready to set an intention this season, take a few minutes to write down anything that feels heavy or out of place-old beliefs, habits, or worries. Then, release it. You can tear up the paper, burn it safely, or even bury it. This symbolic act is a powerful way to declare, 'I'm ready to make space for something new.'
