I love both of them so much, but man I love Albert's solos. Although I love Nick's guitar in Razorblade, one of my favorite songs.
Missed the best one: Nick on “What Ever Happened”

One of the greatest tandem. Fun fact: Albert gave the Riviera to Nick after a steal deal. Originally Albert wanted the Riviera and was thinking about John Lennon playing the Casino but many people in their circle thought he look cooler in the Strat. A decade later,a prick tried to steal Nick's guitar and was damaged really bad when it was recovered. Lots of history on that guitar. We might not see that guitar in action anymore.

Nick V.'s guitar work on Heart in a Cage deserves mention.
I think the "You Only Live Once" Solo, and the "Last Nite" Solo could have been added to this list and especially since they both are short solo's so they go par to par

I like both, they make a nice team, Valensi isnt better just more technical.the meaning of art isnt technical perfection.
In my opinion, Nick has a lot of repetition in the notes he hammers on, pulls off, and bends in his solos but Albert seems to be able to just play through a solo without all the tremolo and bending which is better in my opinion. Also, that Riviera Nick plays was actually bought by Albert, but he let his friend play it. 😊

Sounds like solos I was doing in the first six months of playing guitar. But, catchy songwriting so they're off the hook.

The Under Cover of Darkness solo fills me with so much hope, it's god damned ridiculous.
Albert's vision of division solo declasses Nick's solos so much in my oppinion.
Sorry but Valensi solo on You’re so right and Razorblade is far harder than the open string thunderstruck riff derivative solo of Vision of division. If you can play the riff to Thunderstruck then the Vision of Division solo is no problem for you.
