Did that last CSX local make the mistake of not getting off the main and onto the running track, and then have to back up its entire train to do so?
no some times they need to go to the other side of the yard thats why he go down the main

The exact location is a restaurant called Steaming Tender. It has tracks on both sides of the parking lot. In this video, only the first train passes the restaurant on the south side. The track on the north side also carries Amtrack.
